Aim Computers

Kevin and his staff at AIM have been a great alternative resource to me. I have had a few machines built for me there, the last one was the best machine I have ever owned. Kevin just helped me upgrade it a bit after four years. This machine is running stronger than ever.
Fry’s is just around the corner, but for the big stuff, I go to AIM and see Kevin.

Came here because my laptop wouldn’t start for some reason and kept reloading. I took it here because my dad knows Kevin and says he knows what he is doing. So during the weekend, we stopped here and told him what is happening with my laptop. Showed him and told me what is the possibility why it’s doing that. Gave him my information and he took about 5 days to fix. As a result, it was a virus and made it back to working condition. Charged me a reasonable price ($ 95). When I went back to get my laptop, he starts the computer and if you have any questions, he will happily answer.
The only thing that may need to change is how the place is. It’s a total mess with boxes and computer equipment stacked together with more boxes. Even his desk is filled with papers. For people that are first timers and may want somewhere that is professional and clean, they should clean up and be organized.
Other than that, good job on fixing my laptop. I wasn’t sure if I had to get a new one (been 2 years), and he ended up fixing it again.

Spilled coffee all over my laptop. not very computer savvy. I took my computer in here, spent $ 500 to get something or other replace. not really sure. they could have ripped me off and I still wouldn’t know. Anyway. it was fixed. sad it cost $ 500 for a laptop that probably wasn’t worth that much at the time.
The guy that fixed my computer wasn’t very friendly or personable. total computer guy. down to business. Everything he said was gibberish to me anyway. The place was very cluttered with computer parts and didn’t seem very organized but… in the end $ 500 down, my laptop is working.

I damaged the motherboard of my laptop and needed some work done on it to fix it. I contacted Fry’s and some other smaller computer repair places and either they wanted to charge an outrageous amount to fix or did not want to touch it.
I contacted AIM Computers and Kevin not only welcomed the work but he did it inexpensively and quickly. I’ll definitely go to AIM again for my computer needs.
