These people are terrible! I found their coupon online and let me just say: WORST customer service ever. Their technician showed up 2 hours late for the cleaning, and demanded cash payment up front before the service even started. Not once were we told that they accepted cash only. I called their office to speak to someone about the tardiness and lack of communication in regards to payment, and the women who answered the phone was a total bitch. And she absolutely refused to offer us a discount for her tech’s tardiness and lack of communication. Instead, she gave me attitude like I did something wrong. Seriously?! So rude. The terrible customer service is enough for me to never hire them again. No discount is great enough to put up with disrespectful people. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Pros: they were available on sort of short notice and the price wasn’t highway robbery.
Cons: they cancelled once and then rescheduled, the carpets didn’t really look clean afterward and it was hard to decide which smell was stronger after they left: the pungent chemicals or the stale cigarette smoke smell the guy brought in with him.

. As I looked around the site I found some great coupons and deals so I decided to check them out. I called them and spoke with Andrea, one of the owners, and she was amazing. She worked around my busy day and got my carpets cleaned that very same day and what a difference it made. Her husband Ken, the other owner, did an amazing job and made my carpets look like brand new. I couldnt believe it! I definatly reccommend this company, try them out and you will be pleased too.

I saw their ad in the yellow pages, so I checked them out on Unilocal.No luck. Then tried BBB: A rating; ah, very good. I called them, got Andrea (part owner) on the line, made an appointment to get my carpet cleaned and told them what my requirements were. They gave me a quote over the phone that was agreeable. Ken (part owner) came to my place right on time, cleaned my carpet very well, and charged me exactly what I was quoted. In short, they did exactly what they said they would do and when they’d do it, and at the price quoted. This is what you want from a business! Great!
