This review is for the Fairfield location. For one: I HATE these stores that employ little girls that know nothing about providing customer service because 9⁄10 times their attitudes are horrendous and they lack the ability to be professional. I usually frequent the Concord location because the customer service is a bit better but today I did not feel like driving that far. I opted to try the new location in the FF mall, MYMISTAKE. There were a few other customers in the store, but it was fairly early in the morning so the mall itself was rather slow. 2 girls shopping in the store felt the need to continuously drop the F bomb every five seconds. I couldn’t help but to think, «where in the hell are these girls parents?.» It also made me think that maybe, just maybe I was too mature to be shopping in this store. I found some jeans I liked and was more than ready to go. As I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, literally 5 minutes the young ass wipe unpacking earrings behind the counter couldn’t bother to turn around and say she wasn’t a cashier or say«let me grab someone for you.» The other ass wipe who stood behind me folding pants and didn’t bother to say much of anything as well. I mean HELLOOOO, you have a customer standing in front of you waiting to check out!!! Finally!!! Another girl came out of nowhere and asked if I was ready? NO!!! IVEONLYBEENSTANDINGHEREFOR5MINUTES!!! On top of that, they had NO clue how their 5 star reward care works, ugh, I will not be back. I will stick with the Concord location.

Just had the worse experience at the Antioch location. I had a store credit that I was told doesn’t expire and if I lose the receipt that shows the credit, they can look it up by my phone number… I come back to use the credit and apparently their system crashed and then the system changed and everyone who had credit lost their credit. N there’s nothing they can do about it. The girl at the register didn’t even seem apologetic. N the owner of the place is never there smh I like the stuff here when going out but they treat customers very poorly. I’ll try to take my business somewhere else

Considering that the employees at the Antioch location(no Unilocal page yet but owned by same tool, David Chung totally rude and off the mark will get to that later) told me that we were informed of their lack luster return policy. Which is not marked clearly an covered up by the random junk on their counter and by junk I mean the what they sell. Well they said I was told because the owner was who rung up my husband and daughter who have both confirmed that a woman rang them up. Even the owner admitted to leaving himself logged on the registers. Then the staff including the manager on site said that all they could give us is store credit and that it DOESNOTEXPIRE well you read the receipt and it says 30DAYSTOUSEORITEXPIRES well I give the manager a call and he then tells me that they all were not trained right and it is a training issue that the whole store is not trained right and he will work on them with it. I ask how does that help me? He says basically it is not his problem and that there is no way that they can help me. Dude is shady to say the least seems to be making it up as he goes. And all this is because they were selling leggings that were advertised as PANTS3 for $ 10. My 11 year old daughter and husband do not have a clue on the difference between the two. SHADYSHADYSTORE yep MR. Chung I am fulfilling my promise to tell about your lack luster shady dealings all over the internet. FYIAMERICANONE this is the law I can read unlike you all: The policy must be displayed either at each entrance to the store, at each cash register and sales counter, on tags attached to each item, or on the company’s order forms, if any. A return policy printed only on a receipt, for example, is not sufficient. If a store violates this law(California Civil Code section 1723), the purchaser can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. There are exceptions, however to the general rule requiring notice. Notices are not required for sale of perishable goods like food or plants; for items marked, «All sales final,» or something similar; for items which are used or damaged; for items customized for the consumer and received as ordered; for items which cannot be resold for health reasons; or for items not returned in their original packaging. Some stores keep records of consumers who frequently return merchandise and sometimes report that to a central reporting company and may not offer returns or refunds to such customers. The return policy notice must refer to such practice. Consumers who believe a retailer has violated the law can notify the consumer protection division of their local district attorney’s office or by filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office.
