This gas station is just outside of my neighborhood and is the most convenient stop for me to fuel up. Built just over a year ago it sits on the corner of Poplar Tent Road and Harris Road. New, clean, well staffed, well lit, snacks, gas, car wash. It’s all there and serves the purpose just as intended. I can fill the air in my tires, fill my gas tank, grab a snack, whatever I need and be on my way. They also offer the BP fuel rewards program where you can earn discounts on future gas purchases. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky. You can only turn right at either of the intersecting side streets. To get around that you have to tour through the adjacent Harris Teeter parking lot. Depending on which direction you are headed from, this also poses a problem turning in. Compared to other gas stations, I do feel like they close a little too early at night. From what I can tell, even the pumps are shut off after closing so you can’t even get gas via a credit card car side.
