Old school, with friendly people, but unprofessional and very inefficient.
After I finished treatment here a couple months ago, I was not totally satisfied with my mouth. Dr Miller is a friendly guy, but when it comes to the permanent state of my teeth that is costing thousands of dollars, I would prefer a higher degree of precision. I requested certain alterations a couple times after he seemed not to notice, after which he would put together a makeshift solution, which would work for a little bit, but when a wire was changed or some other big change, he would forget about it and my teeth would go back to the way they were. This resulted in a very very long treatment period, especially since I transferred to this practice with just a couple minor changes left. But on the flipside, listening to the female orthodontists (nurses?) gossip about their families and the Dr Miller was always entertaining.
