I have to say that the restaurant is very nice. Great atmosphere, Clean. Normally I would have given this a glowing review. Normally I get the Bonein Wings. I have had these with sauces from Salt and vinegar to the Hotest of the hot sauces. Excellent. Recently I stopped in and picked up a large order of boneless for me and my 2 boys while we were traveling, and they were dry as a bone. We could hardly eat them. If you are looking for Bonein wings, excellent. Looking for boneless, get them with a gallon of liquid to get them down.

Every time we come back this place slips down a notch. After our first visit I would’ve given them five stars. Service was attentive, food was hot… You know, what you’d expect. We love wings and beer, so this place should be perfect! Today, not even close. Although it’s been steadily slipping, it’s just as crummy as the Manchester location now. Usually, if you see an empty table and dare request it(because they never ask your preference) it throws the hostess into a tailspin wobble since the servers are assigned sections and whoever the next server up to get a table is, is the section you get seated in. Whether you like it or not. If they do decide to accommodate it takes at least three host/manager people to figure out the logistics of asking the server to take a table outside their«station». So then you sit… You order a beer. Kids drinks come immediately and in the time it takes for the beer to get to the table the server has asked at least a half dozen times if you’re ready to order. Sorry, yes I’ve been here before but I want to chill with my beer for a minute before I order. And NO, we won’t order and app before we put the rest of our order in because we know if we do that the app will no sooner be on our table before the next runner has our food. At any restaurant there is nothing more annoying than that… And maybe they’re catching on because that would explain what happened today… Food came a decent amount of time after our hot and delicious app. The food was cold. Probably not 50 degrees let alone the 140 safe food was supposed to be. When the server came to see if we were satisfied it was clear she didn’t care because after asking, and glancing at her next table she was off. Didn’t even wait for us to finish chewing so we could answer or address my husbands gesture(waving hands to answer«so-so»). Back to the wings though… Before We even touched them we were a little annoyed. Two of the drumstick ones on a plate of 20! Wow — staff is eating well tonight! There should be a 50⁄50 split, it just makes sense. And if it’s not it should be so close that there’s no need to count. Counting two of «the good wings» wasn’t hard though. At least the fries were hot today… I guess. Paper plates, paper napkins, it’s so simple that the small details like hot and consistent food should be a no brainer… It’s more like a fast food joint at this point. We were waiting to ask the waitress for a bag for our takeout boxes after we signed our check for the second visit now… I guess once they give you the ink you’re out. Because although the servers tables are all located in the same quadrant they will not make eye contact with you post-check. We’re at the point I don’t want to go back again. I will search Unilocal for another place on the ride up 93 in NH. Sorry Concord, but it’s all true and our family has given you more chances than I think we should have. Your restaurant is disappointing. PS — no crowd at all today… I must not be alone in my opinion.

I used to go to a BWW in Texas all the time and the food was always fantastic; I was super psyched when I saw this one as I really did enjoy the food; I have been here a total of 4 times and every time things have been worse; first of all get used to spotty dirty dishes as this place has had both; service is okay depending on the waitress twice they were on point twice they were not at all; the complaint I have is the food it is not at all like ANYOTHERBWW that I have been to; this is the only place that does not under any circumstances allow u to swap something on the appetizer platter — we did not want mushrooms and wanted extra chips /pretzels instead was even willing to pay for it — the waiter said he had to ask manager and came back with«we do not swap out food«so I said just don’t put them on the platter as they were not going to get eaten anyway; the beer battered onion rings were like grease hangover awful; the warm pita chips were cold as was the artichoke dip; the wings were okay but not great: bottom line this place needs a lot of improvement and perhaps their management and staff need to go back to training as I said before I loved BWW in Texas they were delish and service was fantastic

If you have kids, especially boys, there is no better place in Concord. None. Trust me, I am awesome.

This place and its service has gone way down hill. The food has also become sporadic… some days it is good, others it looks rushed and/or it comes out cold. Not to knock young people, but I think that has become the issue as far as service goes. The last time my family and I went here everything went wrong. Apps came out with main entrees. Food had to be returned because it was cold. There was no sauce on the 2nd round of wings. We barely saw our waitress. The thing is, they had plenty of help around. When I went to use the restroom, I saw five young women servers and a young man that looked like the floor manager all talking, while my server and another were running around. If things don’t get better and more consistent here with the food and service, this place will only be good for the bar.

Buffalo wild wings in Concord is great. Always have good service and the wings come out fast. It seems to me like a lot of the people who rate this place poorly didn’t order wings… if you wanted a salad then what in god’s green earth are you doing at buffalo wild wings? Go eat leaves somewhere else! If you wanna drink a beer and eat some delicious wings, then this is the place for you.

Love this place. It is sometimes packed but if you like wings there are always plenty of options for all tastes. Have many selections for beer on tap and the service is fast. Can’t say anything bad as I have yet to have a bad experience.

Great food great atmosphere. Nice cold beers nice clean environment and a very professional wait staff. However when you go in to watch a game on one of their various TV screens, it feels as though the staff almost rushes you out the door is if you’re in there just to eat dinner and that’s all. You come there to eat drink and watch a game. It would be best if the wait staff ask their patrons if they’re going to be watching the game, therefore they can treat it accordingly when they see that the game is almost over they can bring the check.

The service is 90% awesome… every once in a while there is a not so great night. Order your wings extra wet and extra crispy. Worth the few extra minutes it takes to cook. If you love chicken wings. what better place. It can be a little noisey… but it is a sports bar. don’t come here if your looking for a quiet eating spot. Its a great date night. out with the guys. out with the ladies… anything really.

We had a truly great time. Not only was our waitress, Kristin, super funny, but she was very nice and offered good service! We enjoyed our Octoberfest cheese dip(yum), and each got wings. I loved my salt and vinegar wings and certainly was a fan of the spicy garlic ones(although I couldn’t feel my lips for the better part of 20 minutes)! We enjoyed watching the NASCAR race and had a great time. We will certainly be back to ask for Kristin!

Average… Overall equal to an Applebee’s or the like… I should say all the games on the big screens were nice. 2 soccer games on while eating… If you are going to have wings in your name they better be awesome. They weren’t… Our family visit for an early dinner. Place was pretty empty and we were seated pretty quickly. Staff was friendly and present throughout the meal. Even offered a drink suggestion from the tomes of menus on the table. Beer daiquiri cocktail was odd and cumbersome but surprisingly good. My wife had 2 flavors of boneless wings on the milder side. Honey BBQ& teriyaki. Honestly they tasted like frozen nuggets just deep fried for us. Perhaps normal wings would be better. I had a jerk chicken sandwich. It was good in flavor but the bun fell apart while trying to eat. Heat was at a good level. Kids had Mac and cheese which they liked and sliders(burgers) they also liked. Fries were shoestring and plenty. As for the coleslaw, it had a nice texture and vegetable make up but lacked any flavor or zing we coleslaw enthusiasts like.

Not a fan. The food is what you would expect, and good for what it is, but wall to wall TVs mean it’s best suited to sports nuts or people whose dining companions don’t look up from their phone the entire meal.

First time ever coming to one of these restaurants. Service was great and very attentive. Food on the other hand… quality was that of Mcdonalds. Frozen burger patties and frozen«grilled chicken». Only fresh part about the meal was the fries and chips. Only in town for 1 night due to a work conference but I have a location back home. I probably won’t go there as I am afraid it will be like this one. Very disappointing and not worth the hype. It’s not real.

First time here and I don’t see what the excitement is. It’s basically an Applebees with more tvs and louder music. A good place to go if you don’t feel like talking to your date /family. Microwaved or deep fried food, lots of families with kids, sports on TV. So service was good. That was the best part. Fish tacos were the worst I’ve ever tried. They were actual fish sticks in limp white soft tacos with some cabbage thrown on top. Buffalo chicken wrap was decent you can really mess that one up. They didn’t tell us that sauce was an extra charge until we got the bill. Nothing more than a fast food chain restaurant.

Food. Bomb. Beer. Bomb. Big ass tv. Bomb. But the bartender* forgot to give me napkins with my messy ass meal and now I have sauce all over my shit from writing this. Two stars for this. Unforgivable. *not nick. Nick is the shit.

Stopped in for a quick dinner with girlfriends last night and the service was good. Everyone was super friendly and our waitress went the extra mile. One of my friends wasn’t sure if she would like a certain type of sauce and the server stopped by with fries and the sauce for her to try. She was really attentive to filling drinks and answering any questions we might have had. The service was pretty much the only thing that was good. My friend got a salad with grilled chicken in it, let’s just say the chicken was mainly chicken parts that you wouldn’t want to find in your salad. A few of us got the boneless wings, the chicken tasted like they had made it earlier in the day and then reheated it and put sauce on it. They had obviously been under the heat lamp for too long because the sauce was all dried out and I think they forgot to add honey to the honey mustard. I am usually pretty easy to please and I often don’t expect a lot when I go to a chain restaurant but I definitely expected better food than we had received.

Updated again… The wings are awesome! When they get the order crispy as ordered, the jammin jalapeño are delicious. Service however has been an issue in the past but it is definitely improving. We have had great service the last couple of times we went. We go for the sports and the atmosphere. It is one of the few places you can watch hockey, football and basketball all in one night. Do not assume they have your game unless it’s a hometown team or it is regular season though. Check before you go. I have gone there several times now after calling to confirm they have a game only to get there and have them give me the ‘oops’. However the GM assures me they are working on the kinks that have caused that in the past and lately everything advertised on the board has been shown. I gave them another chance because the food is good and the atmosphere is great for a hard core sports fan. Melanie at the bar is friendly and helpful if you run into problems. She’s also good at helping you pick a perfect beer.

Atmosphere: Great! Lots of things to look at, Lots of TVs but not too noisy, Lots of seating, etc. However… the bathrooms were disgusting. Service: The hostess at the front door was so sour, she did not look like a people-person at all and came off very rude. Out actual waitress however… polar opposite! One of the best waitresses I have ever had(no joke). She was very pleasant and friendly, swift/prompt with ordering and everything, and explained some items on the menu I had questions about very thoroughly. Food: Nothing bad at all, but at the same time nothing fantastic. About average in qaulity, taste, appearance I would say.
