Bad service. I stayed in line for more than 7 minutes just waiting for my order to be taken. No greeting from the one in the register or even an apology for making the customers waiting in line. So, I just left. Lousy service.

Always a long wait line inside or drive-thru. Orders have been incorrect the last couple of times, so check your orders. Best to come late night(no long wait times)

Trapped in drive through line for 20 minutes before they managed to get my order. This place is extremely slow and inefficient. Fire em all and hire people who want to work for God’s sake! I imagine this location is losing a lot of business for this reason. I see others have had same problem here. Avoid!

I am a cost efficient type of person so i decided to come and partake in the $ 1.4910 piece nuggets. I think that is was a great choice if I say so myself. Neggets, value onion rings, and a value drink. All for a little over $ 4.00. Hmm ill take that.

DON’T EATHERE!!! I went on a Thursday evening around 7:55, and pulled into the drive thru. I was stuck there behind four cars and in front of two for a half hour. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, orange freeze and brownie sundae. They didn’t have orange freeze, so substituted lemonade without asking. I was on my way home and pulled the french fry container out of the bag. I almost lost the few fries I had eaten. There were old ketchup fingerprints and a ketchup splatter that was sticky on it, like they had given it to someone else, and then pulled it out of the garbage to give to me. The brownie was hard as a rock(yes I tried it, I was hungry). I took one bite of the chicken sandwich and spit it out. I called the corporate office the next day and was told I needed to go back to the restaurant to get my refund. That wasn’t a pleasant experience either. No one at the store or through corporate ever apologized except the lady at the counter when she gave me my money back, and that was a muttered sorry as she didn’t want anyone around me to hear the interaction. It was ridiculous, and I doubt I’ll ever eat at another Burger King again.

Service was legit. I went through the drive through, bought myself a sammich and one of those new holiday pumpkin pie milkshakes. I have to say it was pretty damn good! The guy at the drive thru was kind but kinda socially awkward when you talk to him in person hahahaha it’s whatever tho. I LOVE the BK lounge

They get your order wrong 50% of the time. The food is already gross. All they have is speed and customer service. These guys don’t even have that.

One of the usual snack stops on the drive to catch the 242 or 4, particularly for Diet Coke, too bad they don’t have mac and cheese anymore(not that it was that good but it’s fast food so expect bad for you food anyway).

This particular BK is HORRIBLE!!! I have been here 3 times, each time I have gotten a cold precooked peice of «hamburger» in the Whopper, and each time it has 3 «pieces» of lettuce, the reason it is in quotation marks is because each Whopper on 3 different occasions includes BROWNCOREPIECESOFLETTUCE. Really? Burger King should revoke the owners franchise license. I literally live 3 minutes away from this place, and I drive to the BK on Clayton Road that is 12 minutes away because the quality is much better. Here is a tip for the owner/manger, that is if you actually want return customers to make money, send a friend thru the drive thru and have your friend order you a couple of items, including a whopper, and EATITYOURSELF. See if you are happy with, I can guarantee you, you will think it is disgusting. However, you may be the one telling your workers to be lazy and put brown core pieces of lettuce on a cold piece of meat on a stale bun. Guess what, you lost my business, I’d rather drive farther away for quality. I gave this place 3 shots to give it a fair shake, it failed 3 out of 3 times. Which is too bad, its super close to my house, and is the only drive thru burger place in the vicinity.

I’m officially done with Burger King. Once in a while I would go there for a quick veggie burger. McDonald’s doesn’t have a veggie burger, and I can honestly say I gave up McDonald’s many years ago for the obvious reason that their burgers were crap. Yeah, fries and shakes are good but that’s not enough for me. I came here only for some fries and onion rings. They were barely edible and among the worst I ever had. I guess what bothers me about BK is that it’s almost like they go out of their way to make things as badly as they can. I don’t know if they try to cheapen things up or what, but the results are terrible. The funny thing is that back in about 1979 when I had my first burger from BK in Pleasant Hill, it was exceptionally good, but obviously in ensuing years things got worse and worse. I do remember that before I became a veggie back in ’94, that I ate at BK in Pittsburg once, and I had to get a refund because it was so bad, and probably rotten meat. I can’t think of another time I ever asked for a refund for food. I’m outta here for good. That goes for all BK’s.

There should be a zero for getting service as we did. This is a newer fast food place a couple blocks from our house. I’ve eaten here a couple times, it was as expected, until we all ate here Sunday Sep. 19th. While one doesn’t expect fine dining… One does expect FAST food. There were 4 of us. We were on our way to a car show and in a hurry. Mom stayed with the dogs out by the car. The kids and I ordered and took a seat. After we had been there for what seemed like an eternity. It seemed like it was chaos in the restaurant. There were two customers who were frustrated and waiting for food inside the restaurant and complaining loudly… I started texting saying it hopefully wouldn’t be too much longer. After another 10 minutes or so I got up and asked what was going on. I mentioned at this point I had been there at least 20 minutes. There was a polite and seemingly smart younger guy at the cash register who winced when I said this… The woman in charge was asking the crew where certain items were and they were telling her they had made them already and were sitting there. As she gathered up our food I asked if everything was there… Guess what? Nope. I sent the kids out with stuff as we got it… After getting the last item. I walked out the door. Not happy but finally free. Mom was pissed to say the least. She was on her way in to raise hell. I said lets’s just leave. We looked at our reciept. TIMESTAMP… 10.01AM. Time on our phones/OUT 10:36. So It took 35 minutes to get fast food to go. As we were walking to the car a group of people were going in. We warned them that service was really bad right now and they might want to choose Taco Bell next door. An Employee sitting on the curb out front argued that it wasn’t bad currently. REALLY? 35 freaking minutes to get 1 simple order of 4 fast food meals is not that bad? So 35 minutes and besides the genuine kid who should have been in charge saying he was sorry… we got employees defending the poor service… And giving us b.s. lip service. This is a crappy way to run a business.

I have no idea what the hell I was doing, eating at a Burger King, but this location is new and I was in a rush to get something fast. So I went through the drive-through(which is best approached from the north, off of Olivera Rd) and ordered a Whopper meal. Nothing more or less than what you’d expect at a BK, but if I’m hankering for fast food in this area, I’ll expand my waistline at Taco Bell, thankyouverymuch.

Wow, I can’t believe this place is already open for business. Nestled in a little Strip mall near Olivera and Port Chicago is this new location. It was previously the location of the now Defunct Bradley Video Trailers. They have a Drive Thru and Electronic Menus. The Dining area is small, but they do have plenty of Parking and you can literally smell the Fresh paint. This Strip Mall also has a Taco Bell, Star Breezies, Round Table, and Hanabi Sushi to name a few. This Fast Food place is the only Burger joint in this mall, so it should stay busy. If your wondering what I ordered, the French Fries; of course.
