Customer Service here is awful & the services for the price point leave a lot to be desired. Went in for a cut & the first stylist did a horrible job. Went in a 2^nd time & saw one of the managers this time for a corrected cut and to get highlights. She barely got the cut right, but did a horrible job on the highlights. So then I had to return a 3^rd time to get those fixed. After 3 visits and over $ 115 in services, nothing was offered (free service, partial refund, nothing). What I did gain was a lot of headache & damaged hair. Left 3 messages for the owner to discuss all of this, never received a return call. I would never recommend this place, ever.

Not impressed! I called in on my way home one evening for a lip wax. They told me that they could squeeze me in right away. Sounded great.
I walk in, the place is clean and looks nice. She greeted me and I could tell it was a busy day but she still was friendly. Positive. Then she tells me she’s not sure who exactly is doing my wax so to take a seat. (That’s comforting). 15 – 20 mins later I was greeted by a girl who took me back and then proceeded to wax my lip in one of the shampoo chairs. It had to have been the most uncomfortable place to get waxed. The neck part of the chair was digging into my neck and I had to hold my head up the entire time. I get it if I was getting my hair done and someone came and did it at that time. But I wasn’t.
Next I ask her how long she’s been doing it. She said she’s not even an aesthetician, she’s a stylist. And it showed. I had to ask her to go over spots 3 different times after she said it looked done. I wish the salon would have told me that by «squeezing» me in that it wouldn’t be with an aesthetician, that way I could decide for myself and know what I was expecting. Thank goodness she only did my lip area.
I felt like I should have said something when it came time to pay the full price of $ 10 dollars. It just didn’t seem right, and that’s a bit higher than most places for a lip so I was expecting an actual esthetician and a table/​set up that was actually comfortable and professional.
I was just done with it so I paid my money and went home.

This company is horrible. I went to there Concord location and their stylist ruined my hair. I cried for days, and when I called the owner Adrian and asked to be compensated she refused. I even told her I have pictures I could show her, but she didn’t care and was very rude. I would not recommend this place.

Went in to check the venue out as a location to host a Bridal Party Spa Day for my bf’s upcoming nuptials and was very pleasantly surprised. Was treated to Signature Pedicure for my bday by my friend and it was awesome! The location is beautifully decorated and very clean. Harmony did a wonderful job on my little piggies and was very friendly and courteous. They offer a wide array of services at very reasonable prices. I cannot wait until the party!
