Not sure why there are such bad reviews. My wife and I have been going here for about 4 years and have never had any of the issues described.
The dentists are nice, the work is done pretty quickly and professionally.
I was even able to get a same day root canal done when I called in with a horrible tooth ache.
By far one of the most pleasant dentist offices I have been to.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE.. They make you wait forever, they share one dentist between patients and dental work… as I get numbed, the Dentist would slide the chair over to the next patient and continue to work on them I DOUBT THIS IS HYGIENIC AT ALL, and I had to tell them what to do to me (a year before I was warned I’d need to get a root canal fixed soon) so I went in telling them to give me root canals without any official oral examination being done. I was quoted prices prior to going, for root canal, and for crown, turns out they lied and maxed out my insurance not wanting to give an itemized bill. DO NOT GO HERE THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! My husband needed the same teeth work done and got better service from Yosemite Dental in Pittsburg, and still has money left over on his insurance for another root canal and crown!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO COMPLAIN OF THEIR FRAUD AND SCHEMES OH AND I WAS PREGNANT THE ENTIRE TIME OF SERVICE, BE CARFUL THEY DONT WANT TO DO FULL WORK ON PREGNANT WOMEN EVEN IF APPROVED BY THE OBGYN

Just had my crown put in and it wasn’t so pleasant. I was also shock when they asked me if I wanted my other two fillings done today. I had no idea I needed them done because when they cleaned my teeth couple weeks ago they didn’t advise me or even showed me my X-​rays. I wasn’t too impressed of this place and I wasn’t happy that the dentist I used before wasn’t there. The reason I picked this place it was closed to my gym. The reason I left my last dentist was a surprise bill in the mail. Therefore the search continues for the perfect dentist.

This has been my dental group for the past 3 years. One of the cleanest businesses and a very organized place. It’s always bright inside and fresh air when the doors are open. So far my experiences with the desk ladies have gone well. They’re usually friendly but I sometimes feel like they’re in a hurry for no apparent reason. The dental hygienists are nice and are usually good at explaining the procedure or letting you know what they’re doing. The dentists I’ve worked with here are good too, they work really fast. I can come in for my 6 month exam and cleaning and be done in less than an hour. They fill cavities same day unless you opt out, and it’s still pretty quick.
I definitely feel like they work for and with you.
I’ll update this if I have anything bad to add.

This is the worst Dental care we have ever received. The staff was only interested in scheduling future appointments at a very costly rate. I asked to speak to the Dentist following my son’s 5 minute examine (promised to be a full consultation with teeth cleaning for $ 65 – None of that happened) to find out exactly what needed to be done. He was quite rude, arrogant & rushed-​though not a soul was in the waiting room. I’m truly disappointed in the service this Dental group had to offer. They are a generic dentist who merely wants money. I contacted the office twice prior to writing this review and nobody ever bothered to reply.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay clear of Clayton Dental Group. Horrible.

Wonderful Experience! I can think of any better dental services. They are so friendly, professional and clean. I highly recommend this dental office to you if you are looking for a great, gentle, pain free dental job. #1 in the Bay Area!
