This gentleman performed excellently and was courteous throughout his visit. A friend booked him on my behalf, after receiving an estimate. When I met Jason the following day, he honored the exact same estimate, which was quite competitive. He took his time to thoroughly shampoo and eliminate pet odors in my carpets. For me, Clean Craft will be the first place to be called for future carpet cleaning.

If I could give this business a six stars, I would! Their employee was so helpful and easy to talk with. He took care to move my things safety. The carpets were so clean, and my house still smells fresh days later. Usually chemicals irritate my allergies, but this time I felt fine. I highly recommend this business.

I was referred to Clean Craft from a family member to help rid the smell of animals from previous owners. I don’t have any animals so I was very sensitive to the smell. I tried traditional methods of cleaning with no luck. Jason was great over the phone in our initial consultation. I booked an appointment right away. At the appointment he was friendly, thorough and confident he take care of this situation. Sure enough the smell is gone, my house smells great, feels clean and it was so easy! I definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future no problem!

My daughter mentioned this place to me a few months ago… she raved about the service and quality of work, so when I needed my floors and area rugs cleaned a few weeks ago I decided to give them a try.
I loved this company; my daughter was spot on with her assessment! They were friendly, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. My floors and rugs are now sparkling clean. I need my sofa cleaned and will be calling them to do the job! Excellent customer service, fantastic quality of work and very reasonably priced… what more could anyone ask for?
