Called 3 other places to repair my sons iphone5s and decided to go with this location for a few reasons. Christopher was pleasant over the phone and said he would price match other quotes I received. Second reason, it is in a location near me. Third reason, as I walked in I was acknowledged and welcomed even though I waited for a few minutes. Christopher assured me that his tech would be able to repair my Don’s phone as it was not cracked but the screen was completely blacked out. I waited around the shopping center for about 30 min and returned. I was greeted by Teddy who was working on my phone and he just wanted to let me know he was powering up and testing the phone before I paid. I checked the phone and everything was up and running! They informed me if I have any issues in the future with the phone to bring it back and they will take care of it so with that said, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable and earned my trust!

Jon, Christopher and Freddie were awesome. They have the patience of saints, and expertise galore. I cannot believe how great the customer service is here. I had some real problems with my phones and the PREVIOUSCARRIER(my mistake was to leave Verizon for a Podunk, fly by night carrier [which I will review shortly] which was my mistake) so I came RUNNING back to Verizon within 3 weeks. These folks took such good care of me and I cannot thank them enough!

Exceptional customer service!!! Extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and caring. On 12÷26÷15, I upgraded my phone. This was apparently not an easy task, due to Windows operating system running on my existing phone. Christopher Roberts and Jose Mendoza both spent about 1−½ hours patiently working on my upgrade. The store closed at 8:00PM, however, they stayed until 8:40PM to ensure that my new phone was successfully set up and ready for use. That is the true definition of above and beyond in my book! They were both friendly, poliite, and caring during the entire visit. Neither of them complained once, nor did they keep looking at the clock, etc. since they were working past closing time. Christopher and Jose made my experience pleasant and positive. I recommend this store to anyone with Verizon carrier. Thank you!

I went to the new location in Harrisburg and Tony was extremely helpful. He was very patient with all my questions and was very knowledgeable about my new phone. I purchased 4 phone and 4 plans from them and they still completely ripped me off! lets start with my phone… my company pays for my phone including insurance. i specifically asked for insurance and have been with verizon for close to 6 years… with insurance. when I needed the insurance, it turns out I didn’t have it. they charged me early on and never gave it to me. then there is my kids phone. we purchased the phone but they didn’t have the color we wanted. we waited weeks and this was for her birthday so we got phone just to show her but returned it to the store afterwards… they didn’t have it so they said we can pick up something for $ 50 bucks. we said a battery… the asian female manager there EVERYTIME I came in which was starting to be weekly to daily kept saying it would come soon. days turned to months to years… we forgot about it and the only recourse I have is this. That female asian manager of this location is a LIAR! we spent many wasted days and hours coming in ot this store because she said it would come. I can’t believe they could not secure a battery for a Samsung 5? when I could have gotten one easily at any other store… this told me she was just stringing me along for months… knowing very well she was not going to give me a battery like she promised. and let me add, I didn’t ask for a battery, she offered it. Also when we originally bought my daughters phone it was because they advertized a cheap new Samsung S5 for a 2 year contract. we didn’t want to buy yer a nice expensive phone but for ~$ 100 bucks why not. when the entire contract was done and after several billing periods. it turns out we didn’t own the phone! they put us in this STUPID rental phone program called EDGE… who the EFF wants to rent a phone!!! we tried to complain… they acknowledged they made a mistake and refunded us the money… but add salt to the wound, they refunded me in a way that i could not even take credit or expense it from my company since my company pays for my phone. so I had to eat hundreds of dollars. CLASSICBAITANDSWITCH they pulled on me! and they still could not get us out of the phone rental agreement. and so we were locked in to this rental program until the phone is paid off… and we had to pay it off at regular retail price of over $ 700 when you can go anywhere and not pay retail with a brand new 2 year agreement !!

Worst experience at this store, not reliable. I wanted a single line plan with 2 years contract. They did not seem pleased and wanted to sell me the edge plan. But I don’t want to pay $ 620 for a freaking new phone for 24 installments. Also, I signed up 2gb plan for $ 75. Next day, I called Verizon customer service to double check and go over my plan again, to make myself at ease. Guess what, the phone rep told me they have promotion going on for my plan and brought the cost down to 60! They also did not set up my new phone properly so I had to reset and erase all the data on my new phone after I got home. I’ve also caught a few errors when setting up my account here and there. No big deal but this is one of the stores where I will not consider going back again or referring anybody to this store.

My cousin and I came here to upgrade her phone to a iPhone 6 plus. We were the only ones in the stir at the time. I have to compliment the staff on there GREAT attitudes and the great customer service help they provided. Patient and able to explain things in a way we could understand and comprehend. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had a Verizon store. I came up from the South Bay just because a friend of mind recommended to do so. Jenn was incredibly helpful and was able to help me adjust my phone plan so that it was cheaper. She also helped me with broken screen that I was dealing and got me on the EDGE program(all the upgrades I’ll want). It was a long process, but she was diligent in getting done. It’s a no stress, relaxed environment where Jenn and her colleagues have an obviously good relationship. I’d take the more than hour drive again if I ever needed anything Verizon-related

Omg just walked out with an iPhone 6 and let me tell you, best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a phone! Peter was incredibly customer service oriented. I told him I wasn’t interested in paying for another phone when I had just bought my 4s a few months ago and because of the software updates, it had stopped working. He got me an awesome deal on a 6 and really made me feel appreciated as a loyal Verizon customer AND made me feel like I was getting a good value for my $$. I have to say, I’ve always been incredibly disappointed when walking into those stores because the reps are very matter of fact, never really go above and beyond to help the customer and don’t even empathize with their frustrations! But Peter completely turned that around! I hope Verizon compensates him for the quality of work he provides because it would be very easy for someone else to try to offer him a job where he would be appreciated for his customer service ethic!

Lani I asked u before I came in to have me screen replaced on my nexus 5. I bought the 30 for 60. After my phone was done and I asked u and then u asked the manager and u both said no we don’t honor that here its a corporate deal so I paid the 100 install for my phone screen that I provided. While I was there a lady cane in cause her battery wouldn’t charge. I showed the lady she had to turn it on and it did charge. It was an old flip phone. She thought if u opened the phone it powered on. Lani was mad, Lani was going to charge her 49.95 for a battery for a 5 year old phone.

After being Butt raped by the Verizon store over by Crescent in Plesant Hill, I had to find another Verizon store. Finding the store in Concord on Deckinger was the best thing that could happen! Peter and the Management at that Location worked really hard to ensure that we were 100% happy with the upgrade we got and went out of their way to make up for the screw job that we got at the Plesant Hill store. It seems that both stores are associated but I will NEVERNEVERNEVER spend another dollar at Plesant Hill. How can one outlet for the same organization be so sneaky, underhanded and dishonest and another be the very best you could ask for??? If you want Verizon Service this is the place to go! And if youre going to buy insurance, the in store policy is tough to beat. NEWPHONE on the spot. Not like the *SERVICE* I got at THEOTHER store. $ 80 co pay, I couldn’t get the phone that I paid for but was offered a lesser model, plus I had to wait three days for them to mail it to me. BULLSHIT!!!

I knew this dreaded day was coming and it was time to upgrade my wife’s cell phone. I did a little bit of research before heading down to Verizon wireless. I was helped by their team lead by Breanna Axelgard who is the store manager. We went over a few changes since we last purchased a new phone. They asked me great questions that i didn’t even think about before buying a phone. We were able to pick out the right options for my wife based on her lifestyle and we walked out with a brand new activated phone. I knew this dreaded day was coming and I’m glad to have found a great team to help us with this purchase.
