I’ve been to some pretty awesome Coach outlets before and this one is just average. Average in size, average in selection. The sales staff runs the gamut from super pushy to very helpful. You need to watch out for the ones that tell you that every bag looks great on you, even though you suspect otherwise. I think they work on commission.

I know my review is little late but I am just catching up on lot of the reviews. I am really glad Unilocal brought up the post review function from my iOS device. Anyways, lets get back to my review. Mother’s day was coming up which means I was looking out for steal deal for my mother’s gift. Almost always I find an awesome deal at concord mills. I was just walking down and noticed that there were bunch of people COACH factory store so I figured lets see what the hype is all about. I walked in and I was greeted by cute customer service rep. I was told what their current deal/discount offer was and handed me a small flyer. I started looking at ladies section and let me tell you, I felt brave walking in there me being the ONLY man in middle of these beautiful ladies: D I was greeted by another customer rep who I thought was really helpful and it felt like she really wanted to help unlike the previous rep who was only running a speech to everyone. When I think about it, it make sense because she was a blonde HAHAHA. Anyways, the second rep helped me finalize the gift and she took me the counter where I paid for it and I was happy man because I think I got a eighty percent off of the gift: D :D :D

So it is bonus time again and another little shopping trip… and it isn’t fair to spend a little on myself if I don’t spend a little on my baby as well. She loves handbags and a new one a couple of times a year makes momma happy *grin*. So I do like this outlet store as the selection is top notch and the staff goes out of their way to help you and as a straight man I need all the help I can get with handbag purchases. So these bags run in a few categories. Leather(big, medium, and small), cloth(small and medium) and a mix of materials(all sizes). A sales rack is located in the very back left hand corner which has some serious discounted bags… BUT…there is always a but… these bags are priced around $ 400 though all the other bags in the store are around $ 200 to $ 300??? So it is just mark up and you are buying it for what it sold before it went on sale??? Not sure, but it felt like it to me? Perhaps someone from this store will send me a message and explain this to me. Not that it is a negative; I just got confused while shopping. They also threw in a couple for 20% additional off the price or sales price which made the deal even sweeter. I got the bag she wanted, she takes it with her all the time… she is happy… I am happy.

Having become a Coach fan late in life, I’m so happy we have the factory store here. There’s NO way I’d pay full price for anything Coach. Prices are within my budget, not to mention even better when on a regular basis, someone’s at the front passing out 20 — 30%off coupons. The staff there are very nice & not overbearing. I like that on said coupon days, they walk around with a calculator to help give you the discounted price. Now that’s customer service! The place is always packed, but there are enough cashiers to check people out & the process goes pretty quickly. As far as attention to detail goes, they wrap up your item in Coach tissue & place it neatly in a(very handy) Coach shopping bag(with handles). While I am not ‘Coach crazy’, my 6 items from there are all in excellent shape & I am very happy with them.

I’ve been here a few times now. I know, that may surprise some people as I generally don’t like boutiqu-ish joints for the sake of name-brands. This place, however, deserves a visit. After moving to the area, I thought it would be nice to get the wifey something special for Christmas. After looking online, I saw that Coach was having a coupon day, and decided to check out our local outlet store. I was amazed by the prices! Before the coupon, these high-quality handbags were surprisingly well-priced. After the coupon, I couldn’t refuse! The store’s setup is great; sections are made to display different collections and clearance items are plentiful in the back of the store. The sales associates are among the nicest, most courteous I have ever encountered. They intimately know the products they are selling, and are more than eager to help even the rookie bag-buyer(read: unknowing husband/boyfriend/me!) pick out a style and color that works best for the recipient. It’s hard for me to determine if the prices or the associates are the #1 thing about this store, so I’ll call it a tie! Best if visited on the weekdays, as weekends in the Concord Mills become something akin to mosh-pitting! Happy Hunting!
