Basic grocery/gas station. Super limited on produce, but have lots o beers (some decent ones) and a lovely little southern deli with the usual fair: fried chicken, burgers, and livermush (lmk if you try this). Never seen anyone in the indoor picnic area but I wonder if this is a local lunch stop.
A lot of the clientele look like they’re here for the live bait. The owners are sweet, hardworking people. This is a nice taste of NC, away from the suburbs.
