They have helped with recovery from the dreaded Blue Screen of Death, thoroughly «cleaned my pipes» for fast, efficient computers, and even held my hand through custom building a new PC. These guys do remote services! My computer was running VERY slow, so I called Computer Plumber and they logged onto my computer via gotosupport, and 15 minutes later, it was booting up SO much faster and everything was opening faster. Wow, what a difference.
