Concord Rug Cleaning

I chose the service from the previous review. Chuck readily met me to pick up the 2 small area rugs. Though the price ($ 280!) was more than I paid for the rugs (should have been my first clue), I still handed them over. They were to be ready in 2 weeks. When they were delivered, they were professionally rolled and encased in plastic. However, when I unrolled the first one, there was grit inside the bag and it left grit all over the floor. The rug was better before it was taken for cleaning! When I called to ask what happened, Chuck first said it had been in previous water damage (which it had never been) but then asked to make it right. After being out of the area for a time, I called him back today for him to follow through. He still said it had been in water damage, and there is nothing for him to do! I was surprised and now feel had. I want to deal locally but this was a big mistake on my part.

What a great rug cleaning service! I called and talked to Chuck about getting my two rugs cleaned. He was happy to help me with a quote and a few questions I had.
He offered to pick up my rugs free of charge so I went ahead with his service.
Chuck was very delightful upon meeting him. I had high expectations. These rugs were spotty and a few stains I didn’t think we;re going to come clean. Well I was wrong as both my rugs looked like new when Chuck brought them back. Chuck did a great job and I am very satisfied with his service.
