Dr Tancreto and his staff did a brilliant job. The crown on my back molar was very uncomfortable and painful. What started as a consultation turned into a root canal procedure and within an hour it was all done. Absolutely no pain or discomfort, Dr Tancreto sand his staff checked in with continuously and made sure I was comfortable. 24 hours later the tooth feels better than ever. And the price was more than fair considering the complexity of the procedure. If you need a root canal, don’t bother looking elsewhere. An awesome experience.

I went to see Dr. Tancreto because I needed a root canal. I was TERRIFIED. However, I couldn’t have been more pleased with this office. The front office staff were so friendly and welcoming. Peggy, the assistant, was very personable and was able to calm me down. Doc was knowledgable and explained everything he was going to do, as well as explaining what they were doing while they were doing it. Process was quick and painless. The payment process was even painless! If you are debating between places, I highly recommend this one. As far as root canals go, I’m extremely happy with my experience.

I was referred to Dr. Tancreto by my dentist after a visit due to extreme tooth pain revealed I probably needed a root canal. Dr. Tancreto was fantastic! His staff worked to get me scheduled and Dr. Tancreto did the rest. Dr. Tancreto talked me through the entire root canal process and made the procedure painless.

I was experiencing severe tooth pain and was referred to Dr. Tancreto from my dentist. I called his office (desperately searching a remedy immediately) and his office staff fit me in to his schedule 4 hours later. Dr. Tancreto explained everything to me in detail and proceeded to do the root canal. He was caring and detailed with what he was doing. I had a crown on that tooth and he was able to save the crown so that it didn’t have to be replaced. His bedside manner is superior and his staff was amazing… from the dental assistant to the front office staff… all were friendly, engaging, caring and I would recommend Dr. Tancreto and his office to anyone who ever was in need of an endodontist. I give him a 10 out of 10. I wish all dentists and specialists were as professional and caring as Dr. Tancreto and his staff.

I had a root canal done over 25 years ago that became compromised. I went to Dr. Tancreto for a consultation. He explained that my old root canal had failed and that I had developed a crack in one of the 4 roots of that specific tooth. He explained that I would need to have the crown removed, the root canal re-​done and likely a root-​ectomy of the cracked root. Dr. Tancreto took the time to fully explain what exactly happened to my tooth both verbally and visually showing me the x-​rays, etc. He was patient, allowed me to ask questions, discussed options, etc.
Eventually, I scheduled the procedure and Dr. Tancreto executed the repair of the root canal and the performed the root-​ectomy successfully.
The experience far exceeded my expectations.
1) I did not wait in the waiting room for any of the three visits (consultation, the procedure, or the follow-​up). Everything was on time. I love that!
2) The facilities are clean, everything is state-​of-​the-​art — not just his equipment but even the documentation and billing are easy to do and very little paperwork is produced.
3) Most importantly, the procedure was flawless. I expected quite a bit of soreness given the amount of work required. I did not even fill the pain relieving prescription. I simply iced my jaw off and on for a few hours. After that, no pain whatsoever. The swelling went down within a few hours.
4) The temporary crown lasted for a full month while a new crown was built (my dentist did that portion). I had NO issues whatsoever.
While I am hopeful that I will not need this type of surgery again, I know that if I do I will ask for Dr. Tancreto with 100% confidence. I highly recommend him.

100 Stars! I was referred to Dr. Tancreto from my dentist Dr. Robinson to repair work that another endodonist did a few years ago. Dr. Tencreto was AWESOME! So gentle and explained everything he was doing. This is exactly the bed-​side manner needed for an endodonist. This guy knows what he’s doing and being he was repairing work that another endodonist did from years ago in San Jose. Dr. Tencreto did processes that this other endodonist didn’t do; which is why I am sure the work needed to be redone. I wished I had gone to Dr. Tencreto to begin with! He was fast and painfree! His staff is awesome too! Very eager to work with you regarding payment and to accomodate your schedule. I recommend Dr. Tencreto without reservation.

Amazing office. Staff was great! Diane in the front was nice as well as Peggy the assistant. It was a very positive experience. Dr. Tancreto was very gentle and precise. He is pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you.

No one likes the idea of getting a root canal, but Dr. Tancreto and all of the staff made this a very painless experience in every way. Thank you all for making this a much eaiser than expected appointment.
