OK just a update. Thank God I’m out of their. We had our last straw when they increased our rent to almost $ 1700. We found a place in Pittsburg for 200 less and with a W\D and central H\A. Concord needs Rent Control.

DONOTMOVEHERE! Or into Villa Diablo Apartments. It is the same corporate crooks that own it. WAY overpriced for what you get. They raise the rent every time your lease expires. If you’re month to month, the rent goes up every 6 months by $ 100! Plus you have to pay $ 100 per month on top of your PG&E for utilities. Constant dumpster diving tweekers, loud busy streets and crazy parking restrictions are just a few of the things you’ll have to deal with if you move here. If you have a pet, you may think it’s great because of all of the grass around the area. Think again! You have to cross one of two crazy busy streets that don’t even have a crosswalk because having your dog go potty on the property is a lease violation(even if you clean it up)! The main manager is nice but she has no say on what goes on here. The assistant manager is rude and short with you and acts like you’re wasting her time every time you talk with her. The laundry system SUCKS! Not enough machines and they use card readers instead of coins. If you live at Villa Diablo, you have to go a ¼ mile down the road just to add money to the card! And a lot of times you’ll get there and you can’t even add money to the card because the network is down! TERRIBLESYSTEM!!! This is a share holder company owned property and all that they care about is their profits! MOVESOMEWHEREELSE!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Mountain View, CA
I am writing this review with 5 stars because I believe it deserves all 5. We moved in to Diablo View in April of 2009 because I had researched apartments in the surrounding area and found that Diablo View had the BEST price for what they offer. We rented a 1 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor, it was a newley remodled apartment, very clean. They have new linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom, new stoves/ovens, new refridgerator, new dishwashers, new faucets, new handles on the cabinets, new floor to ceiling closet mirrors in the bedroom and hall way, new showers, new carpets, new air conditioner/heater, new ceiling lamps, all this for $ 995.00 a month. I thought it was an awesome deal, so we took it. The management staff was very friendly and down to earth. Mary the manager does her job well! She is very attentive and knowledgable. She makes it an effort to know who, and what is going on at the property at all times, and this makes you feel secure. While living here we never had any issues with noise, or un-lawful activity. The neighbors were mostly working people… gone during the day and quiet and sleeping by midnight. We really loved living here, but were very sad to leave and move back to San Jose because of our work. I would have to say if you want to live here, take the deal. It is really a nice comfortable place to live. If you are someone who works, and likes peaceful communities, that are clean and safe… this is the place for you. If you like to party, and have wild all nighters, dont bother… the people here will not allow it, and you should go back to college dorms anyway where you belong.
