My son was having terrible foot problems and had been to three other Podiatrists in the past six months and a pain specialist. Dr E figured out that the neuropathy he was experiencing was as a result of one of the medications he was on. With the approval of his other doctor he went off that med and the foot pain is gone. Thank you Dr E! He is currently at a school that requires him to be on his feet for six hours a day and he is doing well.

I went to visit Dr. E and I must say I did not get the responses the other negative people got. Staff was very helpful and understanding. She was very busy with other phone lines and people I assume, was at the desk, but was very patient with me and was juggling the phone lines with expertise. This I know because when I went in for my appointment I observed her actions, very professional and even though extremely busy, very nice and understanding, apologetic for keeping phone lines waiting. One person can only do so much. For a solo practice and small staff, I would recommend this office to anyone having foot issues.

SUCH rude staff. Unbelievably rude. First time I called she hung up on me. Second time I called she said the doctor was busy and gave me a referral to another doctor. She gave me the phone number but not the doctors name. I asked her repeatedly what was the name of the doctor she was referring me to. Response #1: call them and they will tell you all their info. Response #2: I have 3 people on hold and I really have to go, call them and they will tell you. Response #3: UGH [proceeds to spell doctors last name]. In the time it took her to be snotty and rude she could have easily spelled out the doctors last name at least three times.

Best. Podiatrist. EVER. Dr. Elchinoff is compassionate and takes time to listen to you. The front staff is wonderful and very efficient.
Dr. Elchinoff is a foot surgeon, so he knows every aspect of the foot, inside and out (pun intended). I have been going to him off and on for several years now, and wouldn’t think of going to anyone else and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Great Doctor… as a an avid hiker and golfer I was having trouble with my feet. Although I was skeptical about orthocics (had them before), Dr Elchinoff fitted me for a pair and I am up and around walking wherever I want.

Tried to make an appointment a few months ago, but I was put off by the snotty telephone receptionist, so I changed my mind.
No thanks. I’ll spend my hard-​earned money on someone who treats me with more respect.

Dr. Brian Elchinoff has been amazing, realistic and compassionate during my time with him. Unfortunately I tore my plantar plate, not knowing, thinking I had a broken toe for over a year and did not fix it. One doctor told me I had arthritis and take advil. Dr. Elchinoff knew right away what it was and ordered an MRI and suggested surgery. I was extremely optimistic about a speedy recovery, not being realistic. Dr. Elchinoff’s patience and sense of humor is exactly what I needed! Without any hesitation I Unilocal him and his office 5 stars!
