Eric L Tsao, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Tsao for 11 years and I have always been very happy with the service that I have had. I have sent many people to him and all have been happy with the referral. He is fast, friendly, trustworthy and efficient. His office is always clean and comfortable. His receptionist, Jennifer is super nice and helps to make the experience a good one every time. I have been to a handful of dentists and none come close to comparing to Dr. Tsao.

I took my children to Dr. Eric L Tsao the entire time they were growing up. My daughter had a fear of Dentists at the time. Dr. Tsao was gentle, kind, soft spoken & assured that they were comfortable. I, as well, went to Dr. Tsao and would continue to this day if I had dental coverage. I highly recommend Dr. Tsao if your seeking out a wonderful Dentist who is sensitive to your needs & fears!

Every thing you can ask for in a dentist — one-​stop shop, value, personal, thorough, and all the right answers to question — in terms you can understand! Found Dr. Tsao through Kasier, and wish I had discovered him earlier. So far: he has done chip restorative work and performed a root canal.
Highly, highly recommend this office! I value leaving there knowing that he gave it to me straight — no tech terms I didn’t understand and no sense that he was burdened with questions.

My family has been going to Dr. Tsao for a number of years and we would highly recommend him. He does all of the cleaning and x-​rays himself and is very thorough and gentle. He is also very good with kids.

It is wonderful having a dentist who cleans your teeth himself… by the time he finishes, he is intimately familiar with your teeth and any potential dental problems, so you don’t have to sit and wait for an exam after cleaning.
There is only ever one patient in the chairs at a time, so there is no waiting; you come, you get seated, you get cleaned, you’re done. You have his undivided attention and you do not have to explain your concerns to a dental hygienist/​assistant to then pass on to the dentist.
(And Machelle L. from Concord: I am just pointing out that you are giving them one star because you didn’t pay your bill. If you paid your bills, there would be no problem. Sounds like your irresponsibility is the problem, not the dentist office.)

What a great Dentist! I’ve seen him a hand full of times now and every time Dr. Eric is very personable and gentle with cleaning my teeth.
Yes, he cleans my teeth. No hygienist or assistant needed. He does it all. X-​rays you himself, takes pictures of your teeth himself and supplies you with interesting conversation whilst in the chair.
Fast and efficient too.
Jennifer at the front desk is awesome, she greets you with a warm smile and as you depart gives you the same smile with the «see you in 6 months» wave! I love it!
Their office is decked out in sports memorabilia, really cool to look at all the signed footballs and signed baseballs. Great collection of bobble-​heads too! Kinda gives you the homey feel and not some sterile straight and arrow dentist office.
