So first of all it’s not just women’s clothing. It’s men’s clothing as well. I went in on Saturday because a shirt in the window caught my eye. A young salesman followed me around eager to help. He told me the shirt I liked was $ 20, but if I buy two it will be $ 30. I bought a shirt for my gf as well. I left satisfied. As it turned out the shirt didn’t fit well and my gf didn’t care for the color or style of hers. The clothes were not worn at all. Today, Monday, I returned the clothes. When I approached the same young man he said there are no refunds. I replied with where does it say this and he and his associate they were both pointing to the sign on top of the 5 foot counter. Here’s the problem: I’m a wheelchair user who sits 3 foot 7 inches tall. When I pointed out that there was no way I could see their sign the young man said it’s also written on the receipt. Well the receipt had my card statement stapled over the fine print. I asked them to make an exception given the circumstances… Nope! They got defensive and began speaking another language I did not understand. Next I asked to speak to the manager. They called the owner and continued to speak in the same language. At that point I asked them to speak English so I may understand their points of view on the dilemma. I spoke to the owner and got the same answer from him. I exchanged clothes and educated them about their signage and I left dissatisfied.

Having teenagers, isn’t easy… especially when what ever you pick out they hate… so i came across this store… walking through the park n shop and it was right next door to pay-​less shoes, and choice… were i get my clothes… so to me its a win/​win situation… I’m so happy I can finally make my son happy, but it wont cost so much, some of the brand names they have is COGGI, APPLE BOTTOMS and more… there’s so many brands to get and the prices are great there’s make sure you ask for this sweet girl JOVANA JARA… she is so wonderful, and helpful, and she saved me so much. this place was the best… so i just had to do a review, to show my appreciation… and by the way they have boxers, hats, belts… everything you need in one location… thank you… for listening…
