Fireplace & Granite Distributors

I was looking to replace a double vanity in our master bath and wanted granite but thought it would be too costly. I went to both Lowe’s & HomeDepot, but their price was way too high, plus the people I worked with at both «big box» stores didn’t know their product very well. I left them and drove to Fireplace & Granite in Concord. Unlike the two big store Tracy couldn’t have been more helpful. She made recommendations, showed me the large selection of granite to choose from, then gave me an estimate on the spot. Based on my experience I placed my order that day. A few days later a member of their staff come to my home to measure and make use the proposed granite and the two sinks would fit. Then within 7 days after meruresents were confirmed the granite was ready for installing. The installation crew removed my old counter. They were also very considerate of the walls, cabinet and other item in my house making sure they were not damaged as they worked. The installation was great and our new two sink vanity top looks fabulous.
I couldn’t expect more; quality, a good looking product, fast delivery, great price and good people, from the Tracy through the installers all exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience I highly recommend Fireplace & Granite for your remodeling needs.

I am astonished by the reply. My appointment was on a Thursday. It was 3 weeks before I posted anything on Unilocal.There was NO snow nor bad weather during that time. I have email and texts to prove how I was treated. That is why the tile company in which they sell took care of my problem. Fireplace & Granite have to pay dues to be able to sale this product. If they get to many more complaints, this tile company will take away their rights to sale it. Nice try with the lies. I have dates, times, emails, tests to prove my position. This happened way before bad weather. Shall I post everything I have? Perhaps you need a customer service makeover, and apologize. Apology??? Still haven’t heard that yet. So customers let that tell you something. Excuses excuses and lies.
