Review is about the staff and not so much the food or great ice cream.
Today’s Concord Monitor has a wonderful letter from a Dad who’s little girl wanted to buy him ice cream on Fathers Day but did not have enough savings.
The waitress and Manager worked it out so she had just enough for two (I have an idea the staff made up the difference).
Thank You for doing such a wonderful service for Dad and his little girl. Proof that special things still happen in this crazy world.

We went on a Monday around lunch time. It wasn’t that busy the staff was attentive and we got our food fairly quick. The food was decent.

Did the 2 meals and 2 sundaes for $ 20 with hubby. Both got the BBQ bacon Burger. Cooked well, ok fries. Good deal. Only complaint was I ordered a butter pecan sundae and got maple walnut. Weird because that flavor isn’t on the menu. Assuming it was a mistake at the factory and sent to the restaurant without them knowing. I didn’t mind and ate it anyways, but something the company needs to know about now that so many people have food allergies.

Horrible service. Expensive food — everything on the menu is now about $ 10, and staff always trying to upsell add ons without disclosing additional cost. No more a la carte. Nothing remotely healthy on the menu except for a side salad. No calorie counts. if you want dessert, Ice cream sundaes now upwards of $ 7. For many years this used to be one of my favorite casual dining places in Concord. No more. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

We ate breakfast here Sunday the 10th of March and the service was AWFUL. I think her name was Amanda, short multi colored hair, anyway she was outside smoking when we left. so much for service!

The service was terrible. The whole staff stood around chatting together while we just sat next to them waiting to order. We ate at the ice cream bar and there was trash all over the floor behind it. Super gross
