I went today to look for a Christening outfit for my grandson. I was led to a tiny rack at the back of the store. The clerk showed me one item for a boy, and when I pressed her for other choices, she produced one other, then went back to chat with her co-workers. I was the only customer in the store. I guess that ignoring customers is more important than actually selling anything.

I love this store! They have gorgeous clothing, it is well organized and everything is so beautifully displayed. The owners have clearly put a great amount of time and effort into making the store inviting and accessible to all customers. I can wheel my stroller around every display spot and not worry about knocking things off. Initially, I went in to just browse and received smiles from all the salespeople as well as a held door for my large stroller. They let me explore the store at my own pace but did let me know they were available if I had any questions. What a great store to find timeless children’s clothes and gear that will last for generations! Lots of soft, 100% cotton clothing and many things made entirely in the USA. In the end, I made a small purchase during this visit and received top quality service. There was no judgement about the amount of money I spent, just gracious smiles. I plan to happily return to this shop whenever I’m looking for a cute outfit or charming gift.

This is an extremely posh children’s boutique. And though I love the clothes, accessories, and toys, I am not about to buy my child’s wardrobe here, only a few select pieces. The staff is okay, but not overly friendly. I ended up getting a surfboard sun hat(very cute and unique) and a rattle for my son, and a very discounted Christmas outfit for a niece. Yes, I’ll be back to swoon over the clothes again but I probably won’t be buying much unless it’s on the sale rack. I can’t justify spending $ 55 on an infant’s outfit.

Really poor customer service here. I went in to buy some shoes with my daughter but the sales lady was less than enthusiastic to help us and very unfriendly. My questions were all countered with short, curt answers. Ultimately, I got the feeling that my social status was not up to their expectations and I was being looked down upon. Is this all of Concord?
