Gardelle’s Barber Shop

This is a hidden gem! Not only are they a barber shop, but they also cut women’s hair for a very reasonable price! Since moving back to the area, I’ve tried a few salon’s over the past 9 months, but every time I asked for an A-​Line haircut, I left disappointed.
I stumbled upon this barber shop when drove around the back side of the Trader Joes parking lot. The door was open so I asked if they cut women’s hair. Yes! I then asked if they did A-​Line haircuts. Again, YES! The gentleman at Gardelle’s who cut my hair knew exactly how to cut my hair without having to ask any questions other than what length I wanted. I have natural blonde, thin, straight hair, so any haircut mistakes really stand out. I can’t emphasize enough what an amazing cut I received!
Not only did I receive an excellent A-​Line cut, but I didn’t have to make an appointment or wait on a Saturday afternoon. It’s kept very clean with comfortable guest chairs and barber chairs.
It doesn’t get any better than this!

I have been looking for a place where I can get a great haircut without a crazy price since I moved here, and this is it. The wait is always short, the location is convenient and the cut will be exactly what you want.
If you are looking for a great barber shop like the one your grandpa took you to as a kid, look no further.

Stopped by here for a cut during my lunch break. Half my job is sales so I need to stay crispy. Even with a short wait, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Granted, I have a basic mens haircut, but the lady did an excellent job. One of my best haircuts in years. $ 20 to feel like a mill? All day long baby.

Great barbershop! Only place I go when I’m in the Bay Area. The key to every great barber shop is a good first experience and consistency. I’ve never been disappointed coming here, so I always go back and never have anything less than praise. Great and friendly service every time!

If this place weren’t so hidden, it’d probably take a week to book an appointment. But to my luck I was able to walk in and only a few minutes to get a quality crew cut. Nice staff with a cool, small town barbershop feel.

Our family has been going to Gardelle’s for about 15 years. A great old-​school barber shop. They do a really nice haircut, are friendly and you can call ahead for an appointment if you prefer.

A few years back I stuck my head in the door to ask if they did beards. The Owner Shahlia answered, «Yes we do.» I said, «Great. I’ll be back.» With her trademark quiet confidence she responded, «All right, but once you have come here you won’t want to go anywhere else.» And of course she was right. If I have time I go for the full treatment. Shampoo, haircut, beard. A consistently good cut and friendly service. Has that old neighborhood barbershop feel to it as well.

been going here for haircuts for years. It’s a little hidden, at the Oak Grove Plaza at the corner of Oak Rd and Treat but well worth visiting while doing errands like going to the bank, cleaners, shoe repair, groceries, etc.
They are very friendly, its family oriented and they do great work at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend it.
