I visited this dealer about 2 months ago. I walked into the lobby and was introduced to one of the sales reps. He didn’t even introduce himself to me. He gave me the impression that he was doing me a big favor. I was looking for a landscape utility trailer. The one I wanted was out of stock. I had to follow up numerous times and have yet to hear back from this company. I had been told it was a popular trailer. You’d think they would order more of them. I guess I’m just a hard working «little guy» to them. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I just purchased a travel trailer from Golden Gait, and overall we were very happy with the entire process! The environment was a very low-​pressure, relaxed environment. Everyone there (from the sales rep to the finance manager to the service department staff) was friendly.
As I understand it, they’ve just recently gotten into the RV /​travel trailer side of the house. So give these guys a look for when you want to buy.

GGT has been a pleasure to work with. They have a very friendly staff and very professional. They have a huge selection of trailers, parts & accessories available. Great place to check out if you need your trailer serviced or needing a part for your trailer!
