They always have good furniture pieces, pillows & home décor. The store is very organized and has a job center. Cashiers are really good about keeping the line moving while still being polite.

Huntersville, NC
One of the better Goodwill stores in the Charlotte area. Probably the best one in Concord/​Kannapolis. Great clothes selection and fairly neat overall, or as neat as a Goodwill can be. Has a fairly large selection of books and household goods. My only complaint is that they have a beautiful checkout area with about four registers and there’s usually a huge line with only one, maybe two registers open. It would be nice if they would open more registers when they get busy. Employees are nice there, too.

The crowd on sundays are crazy. Always a line at noon. They have great deals on clothing, collectables, and others. Thrifting is all about luck and you never know what you are going to find.

I am thrifty, and am not ashamed to admit it! This Goodwill is one of the best in the area. Very clean, organized, with lots of selections. They even have a business center, which helps people in the community find jobs.

Charlotte, NC
This is one of the better Goodwill stores I’ve been to in the greater Charlotte area. It was very clean and had a lot to choose from that wasn’t just thrown everywhere. The store is very organized and the staff was very friendly. I am an avid thrift shopper and I’ll keep this store on my regular routine.
