This place is professional on all levels which is hard to find these days! if you have a chip or broken windshield stop by here and you’ll be greeted by some friendly people who will take care of your vehicle and walk you through the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone and if you’re at work or to busy to make it in its no problem they understand life can be busy just call and they’ll show up it’s that simple.

My windshield was damaged this winter due to falling ice. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I received excellent service here. Quick to schedule an appointment, courteous, and even got a ride to work.

I am a small business owner and have had some not so great results with customer service. I tried to order from the Laconia store for a job in concord and I had the owner of the concord location call and literally scream at me on the phone and tell me if I didnt want his store doing my job go find some other idiots to do it. I called portland glass and not only are they cheaper but they were very accommodating to my rush order.

I recently had the cheap builder grade inefficient windows in my 8 year old condominium replaced with Harvey Comfort Plus vinyl replacement windows purchased and installed through the Concord office of Granite State Glass. I had no idea Granite State Glass was in the replacement window business until a friend recommended them.
The windows were delivered and expertly installed without a glitch thanks to the awesome service I received from Granite employee Karrie Jenovese. Karrie provided a prototype window sample to make absolutely certain that the new window style matched the old existing windows. This effort allowed me to capture the green light of approval from the condominium association to move forward with the project.

While driving during my move from Washington DC to Boston, my windshield cracked. I was staying at my parents’ house in Concord before closing in Boston and needed to get the huge cracks fixed ASAP. Granite State Glass was able to accommodate me the day that I called. I left my car there, which was fine, but when I went to pick it up, the caps on the windshield wiper bolts were missing. I asked about this and they said the guy who replaced my windshield was gone for the day and they’d call me tomorrow.
I went home and my dad looked under the hood and found the caps but I did not call since they were closed for the day. The next day, around 1pm, they called to tell me that there were never any caps covering the bolts, which was clearly a flat out lie. I told the guy that there were and we found them under the hood and he did not even apologize for lying. My car is a 2011 — most new cars do not have non-​matching silver bolts in plain sight, because that would look tacky!
Additionally, I was asked several times if my car had automatic rain sensors for the wipers. I responded «yes» every time, however, the next time it rained, they did not work. A few days later, on a perfectly beautiful summer morning, they started going off automatically — no rain or moisture in the air at all. So clearly something was not installed correctly.
And they did not put my registration/​inspection stickers or EZ-​Pass back on in the same location — they are practically in the center of the windshield!
I will never return here because there are plenty of other options for windshield repair and I have faith that they will at least be honest and loyal to their paying customers, not to mention, do things correctly!
