I’d love to be able to rate their actual work but I can’t. Three times they scheduled appointments to service our heating under our home warranty plan. Three times I rearranged work and my kids’ commitments to sit at home for half a day. Three times they were a complete NO SHOW. Only once (the first time) did they call 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window to say they didn’t have any techs available that day. Second time, I called them, was promised a call back, never came, I had to call again to be told it was the «computer» that got the schedule wrong, despite them knowing what date and time it was scheduled for. Third time, absolutely nothing. I guess this company doesn’t really want the work. Shame.
