I was very excited to visit this reptile store but was very disappointed at how rude the attendant responded when I asked him about the gender of the albino rattle snake. He suddenly told me in a loud voice to keep distance from the reptile tank and he didn’t even care to answer my original question…
I really doubt I will come back again.
However, I do hope that management makes sure all clients as well as new visitors are treated properly and repectfully at all times. SMH. (Dated: 11−25−15.)

This place is amazing! I bought two leopard geckos from a local pet store and brought them into Hoffmann’s to get them aged and sexed — and to just get some care advice. They were so knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be a frequent customer from now on to get my crickets and substrate. Thank you Hoffman’s!
