Icing’s customer service is horrible. A few days ago I bought a sling bow bag, and the next day it was on sale. I called the lady and told her if I could get a price adjustment. She was really rude and said that I would have to come in the store and exchange it. When I entered icing the store, I didn’t get any greeting from the woman that was working. She just ignored me until I went up to her and said can I get a price adjustment on this? She said no in a very rude voice and stared at me like I was some kind of maniac. She also said,” weren’t you the one that called me yesterday”? I replied yes and she said that there were no refunds in icing. I got something else, but I was not satisfied with my shopping experience. A week later I was looking for something to gift my friend for her birthday and when I entered the store, she stared at me again. Immediately I left in anger and I hope I will never go to this store again.

Worst experiences here. The manager made me wait 15 minutes to open a case so I could buy the one item I wanted. She was incompetent and slow. She had a line of two customers only but it took her twenty minutes to ring them up. I had to wait until an associate got off lunch to even get checked out. What should have been a five minute transaction took 30 minutes. I made sure to ask the sales associate what the return policy was. But then when I came back to exchange it, because I had been told no returns, I was told I couldn’t exchange it at all. I said the associate had told me otherwise and I wanted the manager to ask her. The same manager told me I would have to wait 30 minutes. Same stupid story. This place does not have it together and wastes your time.
