I was recommended to this office after having a broken tooth removed. The office specifically told me how soon I could come in after the extraction, and I made the appointment to have a pre implant review. After being forced to wait more than 45 min past my appointment with no explanation, the doctor said I’d come in too soon and should schedule another appt. I was in the exam room for 5 min max. They then charged me $ 150. I protested this. They said they wouldn’t charge for the next appt. Why would I go back to this office given this poor service?

I had a dental emergency – a horrendous toothache – over a weekend and my dentist urged me to call Dr. Freedman, who doesn’t know me, on Sunday afternoon on his emergency line. He was extremely nice and was able to get me a prescription for a painkiller, and had it been necessary, he would have been willing to come in to his office on Sunday evening to see me! He then personally called me at 7:45 the next morning to say he could fit me in in the late morning to extract the tooth(a few days earlier it had been determined by an endodontist that that was what needed to happen). I was nervous about having a molar pulled and I have to say I didn’t feel a thing with just novocaine, nor did I feel any major tugging or pulling. And, to top it off, Dr. Freedman called me later that evening to see how I was doing! Needless to say, I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

I am so grateful to Dr. Freedman and his team for their help with my complicated dental issues over the years. Dr. Freedman took on my very risky case of multiple implants and bone grafting, and he took the time to do the job right. Other implant professionals that I met with either wanted to do a rush job or turned down my case altogether. I feel like a new person with my new smile and am so thankful that my dentist, Dr. Hadar, referred me Dr. Freedman!
