Got a ring for Valentine’s Day from this place and within two weeks one of the tiny diamonds fell out so I took it back for them to replace it. Then a month later another one fell out. So I took it back and told them I would like to just exchange it so I don’t have to be coming back every month. They told me that since my boyfriend spent $ 300 that we would have to spend $ 600 in order to exchange it! She said it was because it was after the 30 days. Even though I was in their before 30 days to change the diamond. They let me leave very unsatisfied and didn’t care! I hate that he got my ring from this place and of course they are in business because they are cheap.
