I shop here frequently and the service has been very good. I went to purchase a sweater recently and they didn’t have my size in stock so they ordered it while I was in the store and is having it delivered directly to my home. No charge for shipping. I have several pairs of slacks from this place and. one pair that is almost a year old that showed signs of wear near the pocket. I mentioned the frey in the material during one of my visits to the store and they asked me to bring in the pants. They repaired them and had them mailed to my home(no charge for the service or delivery) since I live almost an hour away. Great service and great clothing.

* We chose Jos A Bank because they were the only place that rented tan or brown tuxes in our area. We decided on beautiful chocolate brown tuxes for our wedding. They kept our tux info(color, ties, vests syle #‘s etc) in their computer systems so our groomsmen who live in another state could go the store closest to them. According to the paperwork, the tuxes would be ready at least 2 days prior the event. 3 out of the 6 tuxes were not in 2 days prior, including my fiancé’s. We were told they should be on the next shipment later that day. Only 2 came in on that shipment. My father picked up his tux the day before the wedding only to find a BLACK tux with a TOPHAT and CANE in his bag! No one at the store double checked the order when it came in. The other groomsman’s tux was still missing. Since they don’t have an internal tracking system on orders they didn’t know where it was. We were told they would overnight the two tuxes to the hotel before noon on the day of the wedding. The ceremony was at 5:30 that night. My father’s arrived with the wrong vest, tie, and pocket square color and my groomsman’s tux arrived with no accessories and 2 shirts in different sizes and colors. The store doesn’t have any tuxes or accessories in the store, they are all shipped in – so no replacements. Jennifer, at the store was defensive when I told her what we received stating she ordered the correct items. However that is not what I received. I discovered that the company doesn’t handle their own tuxes; they have a 3rd party wearhouse supply them, which is located in NY. We are in NH. She stated she would call the tux place and would call me back in 5 min. I had to call her back after an 1 ½ hours for an update. I asked for the manager, who said he couldn’t do anything and would have to wait for Jennifer to get off the phone. I asked him why he didn’t have authority over a clerk as a manager. He stated he was only the acting manager by title and the actual manager was on his honeymoon. After calling the store 3 additional times(and explaining what the correct order was every single time – so much for that computer system!) the store bought vests and ties at other tux stores and delivered them to the hotel and hour before the ceremony. None matched the colors of what I ordered. My father ended up with an ivory patterned vest and tie and white shirt(supposed to be ivory shirt and champagne vest/tie/pocket square) my groomsman ended up with an emerald green tie and pocket square(supposed to be turquoise) he wore the vest that came with my father’s tux. My father in law’s pants were HUGE! So much for measuring in the store! I was promised a full refund for all guys because of the hassle. I’ve been married over 2 weeks and no refund has been given. My father called the store when I was on my honeymoon and was told Jennifer had to process them on a Monday. No refund. He called again the following week and was told by Jennifer she needed his credit card number to process the refund as the number is not stored in the system. He gave it to her and still no refund. Save your time, money, and sanity and buy your tan or brown suits if you cannot find them elsewhere. As soon as I get a refund I will never go back there again!
