These guys are unbelievable! On time, friendly and are truly knowledgable in what they do.

JQ gave a fair bid. I had some tricky angles, and they did a great job. Their workers were polite and neat. When my sink I had purchased from someone else was defective, they didn’t pressure me into making a hasty decision of what to do. They finished the job when they said they would.

This company was recommended to me after having issues with another countertop company. Their prices were spot on and had no problem fixing the issue we had with the other granite company. I got to pick out my granite slabs in the warehouse and all was installed less than a week later. The installers we’re terrific and worked hard until they were completely finished. They did a beautiful job and the salespeople were right on top of everything very helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased!

We did not hire them which is why I am giving them two stars instead of one. The cabinet bid was 40% higher then their competitors, not detailed at all only one price (for the wrong height, which I had written in the email, not hard to get it right). When I called Wendy was so rude that my 14 year old that was in the car could not understand how anybody in business could be that nasty. She would only go over numbers in person if we met and not give me a copy for review. Lastly she never sent me the bid on the size I specced. If they are this nasty when they are trying to make the sale I can nay guess how they must be if something does not go right. Let alone stand behind their work.
Diid not even have a sample of the cabinetry they wanted to sell us, had us look at a vanity, it is one of only two lines they sell. Do not understand.
There are plenty of other cabinet and granite shops. I will be buying my kitchen from them. Think they may have had their relatives write the other reviews, they are SOOOO off. Life is too short to ever speak with them again. Beware.

I don’t understand why this company doesn’t have more Unilocal reviews… and more recent ones. I’ll admit, I was skeptical by going with them due to this fact. However Wendy provided me the most detailed estimate I received for our Quartz countertops. And I reached out to 5 other vendors. That alone was reason enough to reduce any apprehensions I might have had. Luckily they had the stone available in their warehouse that I needed, so they were able to get out to my home within days of our initial contact.
Our counter called for a waterfall edge, where the horizontal counter returns vertically down the entire side of the cabinet. Their installers are true craftsmen. I’m picky. VERY picky. And yet I wasn’t able to find one mistake, and I looked real hard. Their work is flawless, and the counters look amazing. Our undermount sink is perfect. They matched it perfectly!
You can shop around, but as I found out, EMG is the only place you’ll need to know. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen. We are very grateful to the folks at EMG. not only is their pricing fair. Eva explained the process and once we got under way with scheduling, they were available when needed and actually got there one day early and our kitchen was finished in no time. Thanks Eva !

I have not actually gone to the store to see the showroom, but wanted to give some thanks and gratitude to both Eva and Ming from EMG.
Eva took a lot of time to show us countertop and tile combinations and help make some great suggestions on tile and countertop/​backsplash for our remodel project. Her suggestions really made things a lot easier!
Ming did the installation of Ceasarstone Quartz for our home and not only was the price much better than a major local installer, they were FAST. I think he did our entire kitchen, and 3 bathrooms in about 5 hours. I don’t recommend being in the home the whole time, b/​c it smells of chemicals, but the results were great!
