Really pleased with my experience here. With the weather being nice in the Carolinas, I knew they would be slammed. Despite the afternoon rush, the lady working on my nails still took her time and made sure my service was to perfection. The salon was very clean and updated. They were also well staffed so no one really had to wait long. I gave them four stars because the chairs were extremely uncomfortable and you definitely do not want to be wearing a dress while sitting in one of them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE! They treat their customers horribly. I went in for a pedicure and full set then halfway through the tech removing my gel she tells me that she has to stop and help another customer because she thought I needed a manicure and not full set. What difference does it make. You start service, you finish service! Also This was my second time giving them a chance because the first time was just as horrible. My gel rent last a week. The tools they use are reused and not individually used per customer as I’m used to seeing at other places. This is not a good practice hygienically. Their chairs are also uncomfortable. I never give reviews but I had to for the service I received. Save YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. You’ve been warned. They just lost a customer. Peace!
