Lady Bug Nails

Loved this place staff was super sweet and actually conversated with the customers unlike most other salons. They were extremely fast as well and did an awesome job which I love I hate sitting in salons for hours.
One of my bows did fall off and she offered me to come back to have it fixed the next day so I did when I got there she had one girl in the chair whine she had finished a pedicure on she asked the girl to wait 5 mins so she could assist me really quick and the girl was completely appalled she had even asked her I got the sense she was one of the type people who feel they are entitled to the world anyhow I told her no big deal my nails still look nice so she offered a refund instead.
All in all service is great the ladies are amazing will return when I’m in the area again.

awful awful awful!!! I walked into lady bug at around 5pm after calling and making an appointment, I was the only customer there. The guy was very nice when I first got there and totally understood what I wanted. I wanted all black nails and my ring finger have white vertical stripes. He did a good job but at the end when they rub the alcohol on your nails one of the nails smeared. I didn’t notice until I sat down for my pedicure (which by the way the water burned my feet). I told the lady that was doing my feet and she told the guy and he said he would fix it no problem. Cool! Well, he didn’t really «fix» it he basically just put a new white stripe and left the smear on my nail. Look at the photo!
So, now on to my feet. The lady doing my feet didn’t really listen to what I said as I told her I wanted to do the same exact thing on my feet just the big toe to have to stripes. She started to paint my nails white. And I told her I said black and she proceeded to tell me «it’s much cuter like this» I was sincerely shocked when I heard that. But I told her that’s not what I want so to please not do that. She took the white off and put black and then had the guy put the stripes that were super sloppy but at this point I just wanted to get done and leave! Well, the girl came behind him and put the clear coat on and it all smeared together! And she STILL PUT MY SHOES ON! Really?! Your gonna let a paying customer walk out looking like that?! I then asked her to just take it off and just paint it black and she looked at the guy and I’m sure they talked some shit and she took it off and he came and painted the black on. Super sloppy and missing a whole portion of both toenails! I really just wanted to leave.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE! Awful service and awful people.

I went here because I did not feel like fighting the Hwy 4 traffic to the Pittsburg location.
When I walked in, the man who did my nails was very un friendly. He rushed, and seemed annoyed that I picked a design (easy one) off my phone.
The lady was allot more friendlier, wish I got her. She painted my daughters nails, that’s the only good part.
My nails look okay. He made a joke in their language which I could tell was a joke when I didn’t add a tip. Had he gave me a moment, he would see I was adding it on the receipt.
I won’t tipped him $ 5, but he seemed like it was nothing. I won’t go back.

I am so glad that there is now a Lady Bugs in Concord. The one in Concord is smaller and less chaotic. Heather does my nails, and she is a perfectionist! She takes the time to follow every step to make sure your nails look very natural, and of course beautiful in appearance.

I love this place! I used to always go to the Antioch location, which is always busy, came here on a weekday to get my nails done for my birthday about a week or two ago and Heather omg. She is the sweetest, cutest person on earth and is amazing at what she does I definitely recommend her ! If you’re familiar with the Antioch location it is much smaller, but it is definitely worth going there not too far from Pittsburg, right over Kirker Pass. Heather herself could give this place a million stars! Will be coming here from now on!

Did everything exactly how I wanted. The price I paid for my nails was 40.

Would give a zero if I could. I took my granddaughter there and was embarrassed at the employees behavior. I am used to them not speaking English (even though they know how to) in front of me but two of them actually had a verbal and almost physical argument. I don’t think they can do any of the nail art on their postcards since my granddaughter asked them to do something pretty easy and it ended up being something totally different than what she asked for. The one thing they do great is charge you more for everything. Nothing seems to be included at Lady Bug. There is an upcharge for everything so make sure you know what they are going to charge you before you get your nails done. Or even better, save yourself some trouble and go someplace else. I watched how they sanitized their foot spa’s and tools and I am certain it is not up to the standard guidelines that the State should be enforcing.

I made the mistake of going here on a whim and ditching my regular lady. Terrible… Do NOT go here. Our appointment was at 3:30. We waited 20 mins for the first one to get started. Than 40 mins for the other two to get started. Had to force him to fix my nails because they were so bad while he argued with me. Another customer came in while we were here and was complaining about something else and wanted her money back. They are a new business. They have a lot to learn about customer service. Good colors though, and from seeing the pictures they look really good at designs and acrylic.

I have been getting my nails done at lady bug in Antioch for years, and now I’m glad they finally came to Concord. I can go a whole month without my nails lifting. The quality is above any other nail shop i have ever been to. They can do any design you can think of, and a few you haven’t even dreamed about.
