The people seemed nice. The proprietor definitely pushes her classes and other events, but not to an unreasonable extent. If you are a single, you should understand that the vast majority of attendees are couples. This is not one of those situations where everyone is constantly switching partners throughout the lesson. As such, it is more awkward for singles than some other studios in the area where the default mode of operation is that everyone is switching partners constantly. The studio provided some«extras» who danced with the singles. The class seemed quite large, with 30+ people.

Tired of sitting on the sidelines at Weddings and other functions? Want to unleash your inner dancer, but feel like you have two left feet and no sense of rhythm? Or, perhaps, you’re already a good dancer and looking to improve? Then you belong here! Let’s Dance is a great dance studio! Located in the heart of downtown Concord, there’s plenty of parking nearby, including two parking garages. The studio is on the second floor and is clean and nicely maintained. There are three dance floors for both group and private lessons, with the main dance floor overlooking Main St. through it’s large glass windows. This is also where the weekly practice dances are held every Thursday night. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, funny, and down to earth. They enjoy what they do and it shows. Also, the dancers themselves are all very supportive and will make you feel comfortable right away. Definitely worth checking out!

Great experience with this studio! My wife and I have taken both private lessons and group lessons over the past 9 months and have never been dissapointed. A bonus was the community of people we met along the way, and as a result have made some great friends. The monthly theme dances are a hoot and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!

I have been taking lessons at this studio for several months and have been very satisfied. My instructor, Jennifer, is very competent not only to teach, but in her dancing knowledge as well. She is patient and friendly. The male instructor, Roman, will periodically watch my dancing and give me hints on how to better my steps, body motion, etc. and this is very helpful. I do take private lessons, but also have the advantage of group sessions and a practice night included in the price of lessons which allows me to dance with people of varying skill levels.

Very disappointed with our experience. My husband and I purchased 5 classes for $ 325. We had to cancel a lesson due to a family related event. Our lesson was at 5 pm, my husband left a message before the studio opened. The owner, Michelle told us that she had to keep our money for that lesson due to their 12 hour cancellation policy. Michelle seemed to take it personally that we were unable to attend lessons twice a week. She told my husband that we would not be able to learn anything if we didn’t attend classes on a regular basis. She seemed almost insulted that we needed to cancel the class and was pressuring us to attend classes more regularly. I asked her to refund the money we spent for the remaining two classes and she refused. Michelle was very condescending in her tone towards both me and my husband. She said that we would have to come in to take the remaining lessons or we would lose the $ 130 for the classes. At that point we were not comfortable stepping foot back into the studio because the owner is so high conflict and condescending. I explained to Michelle that we were no longer comfortable working with her and we were not interested in scheduling the other classes. She still refused to refund our money. Apparently Michelle wants to be paid for services she did not provide. There is a word for that, it’s called stealing. Essentially, we paid $ 325 for two private lessons. All we wanted to do was learn some new dance steps and have fun. Turned out to be a very stressful and disappointing experience. Steer clear.
