Ann and Ramon are awesome! Hands down the best place I have ever rented. Sadly I had to relocate which meant I could no longer stay, but I would not hesitate to go back if the opportunity arose! The location is great and it is such a quiet and well kept complex. Thanks Ann and Ramon for making my stay at Limeridge so great…

Go see this place! Ann was lovely and helpful. She was able to show me what would best fit my up at the crack of dawn lifestyle and she was super nice about it! The community backs up to the Lime Ridge Open Space and apparently this is the place to get your exercise in the morning before hopping on BART to head to work in the City.
The apartments are all 2 bedroom and the floor plans are not the same as everywhere else, so these seem to have some character to them. Looks like they are doing some upgrades as she showed me one in progress. The community has laundry rooms and they use the refillable card system — no more carrying around quarters! Great!
Although, I wound up not renting here, I will definitely keep this place in mind… it’s at the end of a road with a bridge to cross over the reservoir… Like I said, it has character… and Ann is the right person to see.

My family and I loved our time at Limeridge Apartments! I don’t know how all the apartments were but ours was greatIt was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom which gave us a great start to have our little family (2 year old and newborn). We moved in when our daughter was 3 months and instantly felt like we were «home!» The manager and maintenance person always did what they could to make our stay very pleasant. They were very professional yet they both we’re friendly and they made us feel like family. Our 2 years there were without complaint. We just bought a house but as a joke asked if we could buy the apartment. I cried when I told the manager bye because I felt like I was leaving my family’s house. That goes to show how much we didn’t want to leave.
The location is great for families or people who want quite. It’s in an area that doesn’t see much traffic which made us feel safe. The trail next door is great to walk, run or bike. We were minutes away from downtown Concord to enjoy Thursday night farmers market and music, theater, and great food! We were also a short drive away from Walnut Creek.
If you’re looking for a great family place or just want to get away from the noisy commotion of the city, Limeridge is the way to go!

This place used to be pretty good. Fairly cheap rent and a staff that cared. The new policies are archaic and downright slumlord-​ish. They dont fix things that break in your apartment, I had to send in 3 different work orders to get them to replace a cracked light switch. The worst part though? The new online payments. This is actually in direct violation of senate bill 1055 that expressly forbids exactly what they have enacted. They only allow online payments, sounds great right? Not if the system is down and you can’t make a payment. Or how about them changing utility providers and having a massive screw up where they can’t get correct bills. I should not have to bring in billing statements because they can’t figure out how to transfer between companies, their mistake and they had no customer service skills to handle it. The laundry is a rip-​off and the gate is broken half the time. I brought the gate issue to management… The literal response? Well since its only half the residents I can’t fix it because it isn’t worth the money.
They expect you to sit outside a broken gate for up to half an hour because they can’t come up with the funds to fix it? Ludicrous.
