Majka’s Child Care

Where to start?! We could not be happier with Majka’s Child Care! I never would have imagined finding such an amazing place for our daughter! She began at 3 months and has now been there for just shy of a year. Every morning my daughter has the biggest smile when I drop her off which is such a comforting feeling. Majka & her family are the most caring, compassionate people. They truly love what they do & I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of our girl :) their home is clean, organized, she takes care of the snacks/​meals. Not to mention she is an amazing cook and uses only the best ingredients. There are always fun activities for the kids and it’s a great environment for learning. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Majka & her family. They are like family to us now! We checked out multiple places & this just felt like the perfect fit! Hands down best childcare!

Come and visit Majka, you will be done with your search. We started bringing our son to Majka and her family 3 months ago and have been so blessed to have found her. We visited a few home care places and none compared to the cleanliness, warm, loving, caring atmosphere we found here. Majka and her family met with us and wanted us to know her home care is a family affair. In fact her older son plays so well with my kinder age boy that we’ve asked him to babysit our son too!
So, I consider myself pretty picky when I search for a home daycare and what’s most important to me is the caregiver’s heart and sense of responsibility on top of cleanliness (cause who wants their child to get sick?), proper nutrition, and most critically «stimulation play» for my child’s development. Our son has learned some dance moves that is simply too cute for words while at Majka’s. Oh my dear, Majka provides our toddler with organic home cooked meals and even the toddler formula that we requested. She takes feedback from us and help us provide the utmost care for our son’s picky eating habits. I love her and her family, we are so lucky (Thanks Tyler and Francine for your referral!)
She’s also very flexible with her schedule so that helped a lot when things come up. She also sends texts, pics, and videos of our son’s activities when he’s with her and it always make my day so much better. Thank you Majka!

There are simply not enough words to describe how much we love and appreciate the level of care our daughter receives from Majka’s child care.
Our daughter started attending Majka’s child care full-​time when she was four months old. After leaving our visits with other potential day care centers feeling like I would have to quit my job to stay home with my new baby, we entered Majka’s home to find an atmosphere that was instantly upbeat and loving. From day one, Majka and her family treated our daughter like she was part of the family.
Majka always adapted her practices to fit the needs of all of the children in her care. From being extremely careful with early food allergies, to accommodating our desires to use cloth diapers, Majka always operated her childcare by keeping each individual child’s needs separate and important. She only serves the best organic, home cooked meals, and makes sure that the children receive balanced nutrition while in her care.
The children never watch TV, but rather get outside to run around and have a huge play area inside to sing songs, do art projects, read stories, and play games. Each day is a perfect balance of activity, creativity, relaxation, and learning. Our now 20 month old daughter has absolutely thrived, and is extremely verbal, loving, and intelligent as a direct result of the varied stimulation Majka’s child care offers on a daily basis.
We are getting ready to leave Majka’s child care in a few weeks since we are moving out of the area, and we have already lost sleep countless nights wondering how we will find a new child care provider that loves our daughter as much as Majka does. To be honest, I think it’s impossible. Majka, her sister, and the rest of her family have always treated our daughter, and us, like we are part of the family. I whole-​heartedly plan to keep in touch and bring our daughter to visit, since she will undoubtedly miss her daily interactions with Majka, her family, and the other children.
I give the absolute highest recommendation to Majka’s child care, and am open to talking in more detail to any parent interested in using her services. Bring your children to Majka’s child care; you will always be grateful that you made that decision!!!

we started at majka’s daycare when our baby was only 2 months old and stayed until she was ready for preschool at 3 years old. we were so happy to have found them because as soon as we met majka and her family we knew we found the place for our child.
our daughter suffers from numerous food allergies and majka was always so careful in her meal preparation. she would call me if she was making something new just to make sure the ingredients were okay. majka was also always flexible in her hours to help us out. she would even send pictures during the day just so we could see what the kids were doing.
if we ever have a second child there’s no other place I’d go to than majka’s. In the 3 years that we were with them, the szarmachs became family to us. they cared for our daughter like she was their own.

We moved to Concord almost 4 years ago and searched quite awhile for our then 2 year old boy. My husband and I visited a few places and were never really satisfied. We got to Majka’s and immediately felt the warm family atmosphere in her in-​home daycare. We knew pretty quickly this was the place we would choose.
Our son enjoyed his years at Majka’s very much and made good friends. Majka made sure there was time for academics as well as creative play, home cooked/​organic meals, and of course the soup that the other reviewer mentioned. She and her family are very nice and caring people.
I got pregnant shortly after we moved here and Majka and her sister also cared for my daughter, from the time she was 4 months old.
My kids have moved on from Majka’s (my son will be in Kindergarten next month and my daughter is in a preschool less than a block away), however they will never forget their time with her. I will always appreciate the loving care she had for my children and I highly recommend her services.

I had been looking for a proper and loving home daycare setting for my daughter for about 4 months and came across Majka’s. I called and made an appointment with Maika for the following afternoon. Once I entered the front door I knew that this was the place for my daughter.
Maika has prepared her home for children of all ages and has all the details that we, as parents, look for. I dropped my daughter off every morning at 6:00 and always felt she was safe. Maika made homemade breakfast and lunch everyday… However, the highlight of every afternoon was the homemade soup that the kids would have for snack when the woke up from their naps. To this day my daughter remembers the soup.
I would recommend Majka’s to any parent who is looking for a warm and loving home for their child.
