I have been getting my hair cut by Patricia since I moved to Charlotte a year ago and she has always done a good job. There is hardly any wait time, the price is good and it’s in the mall. It doesn’t get any better than that. If you are looking for a good hair cut just ask for Patricia!!!

Fast but that’s all. Hair all over the place and had to ask to clean up. Messed me up. Good think my hair grows fast.

I had the worst experience ever. Reminds me why going to a place in the mall is ALWAYS a horrible idea. Not only did she butcher my hair but she did such a crap job someone else had to come in and save her and she cried about how horrible she left my hair. I want my money back since you cannot replace my hair. Girl looked like she was 12 and I should have known it was the first sign why I should not have let her touch my hair. It took them 1 hour and a half to fix the mess she had made. I went in for a trim on my super long hair and I came out with a choppy fringe on my face and an uneven haircut. The left side of my hair is flat while the other side has so many layers. After telling her several times it was a problem I gave up. I want to cry out of anger. My neck hurt after I left the salon. When she washed my hair felt like she rubbed shampoo in and rinsed it off in seconds. I cannot believe I allowed myself to go into that salon. She didn’t even give is a receipt. Should have been my second sign. Both employees where in the back hanging out with a kid that was in the mall. I was not greeted. I was asked «did you want a cut» no idiot I came in to see what you were eating is what I should have answered. Someone needs to contact me in regards to this because I am not letting this go. I am deff posting this and telling this to anyone that will listen. That’s how ridiculously upset I am about this! I am so embarrassed now. I tried to send a message on their website but I guess since I did not have a receipt number I could not send it. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAP PLACES LIKE THIS. SPEND THE EXTRA BUCKS! TRUST ME

People with ethnic hair looking to save a few dollars should steer clear of this salon. I had my hair cut by Krista and it ended up severely uneven. It was hard to tell until I washed it at home. I decided to give them a chance at redemption so I went back to get it corrected and ended up with all my hair being cut off by another stylist. She explained she was only going to clean it up for me. After she started across the top of my head with clippers it’s not like you can stop and say that’s not it. Lesson learned… I will not go back to Mastercuts. No strike three.

I have gone here multiple times with my son, and everyone who has worked with him has been amazing.

For some unknown reason, we decided to get the kids’ hair cut at Concord Mills. Thought it would be a good idea and take care of everything at once. Stupid idea.
Sat down, waited a minute or two, one kid was called back. Then the other. Then we watched as first one person was called over to ask how to cut a kids’ hair, then another, then another, and so on. It took more than an hour and a half to complete this process.
I could have learned how to do it myself in that amount of time (no insult to hairdressers intended or should be implied — only meant to address those at this location in particular).
