Jesse was great! He assisted with an issue I had with my referral and made it right! He spent a lot of time on the phone and got me scheduled on my day off! He also talked me through the anxiety I had during the test. He even stayed in the room with me for the last 1⁄3 of the test. Such a nice guy! He deserves a raise ;)

I went to MIDxC to get MRI’s done on my knee. It turns out that I did hurt myself but their staff was kind courteous and really made the process completely painless (Other than my knee, which already hurt and they really could do nothing about!). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that would have any sort of problem with feeling nervous or anxious about coming in to get your MRI’s done. The staff is there to help you every step of the way and the machine itself allows you to see the operator at all times. Overall, I had a great experience with MIDxC and will definitely be going back there for all of my MRI’s that I may need (Although, I hope I don’t need anymore!).
