This shop is as absolute gem. Karin, the owner, is delightful and offers the loveliest handmade items. My very favorite scarves, hats, jewelry, pottery, wall hangings and now clothing have come from Muse’s Window. (I’ve been a devoted customer for years, through a few changes of location.) Also my favorite place for unique gifts for women. And it is always an extra treat when Phoebe the dog is in attendance!

While the BF got a coffee downstairs, I climbed the staircase to peruse the offerings at the Muse’s Window. It’s a teensy little space chock full of jewelry, scarves, and other smalls. There was a big sad dog wandering around looking morose. He just couldn’t seem to settle but wasn’t a pest.
I found some lovely vintage buttons priced mostly at a quarter apiece. I loved all the scarves but just can’t bring myself to spend that kind of money on one. My big deal was the fingerless gloves that I must have wandered over to about 3 times. When the BF finally made it upstairs & I showed him, the owner piped up that they were 50% off.
A cute little shop to squander time in. You might even find a special something while you’re there.
