I can’t believe I almost forgot to leave a review for Kumu Rick and his dancers. They provided entertainment at my wedding almost six months ago. The price was reasonable and Kumu Rick was easy to get a hold of. He responded promptly to my emails. On the day of the wedding, his dancers performed well and our guests loved them. They even got me to dance tahitian along with them! Mahalo Kumu Rick and to your halau!

I love how hula makes my daughter happy and how it gives her something to look forward to aside from school. It is truly amazing to watch her learn to dance and gradually become more and more graceful. The classes are pretty affordable($ 40/month for my daughter and $ 60/month for the both of us if I chose to). Meilin expects perfection and she is strict. But she does this in a way that the children knows they have to listen to her without frightening them. Also, it feels so warm and very much a community. I plan to join once my schedule settles down!

Great entertainers!!! Na Mamo No’eau’s dancers and musicians graced the Los Altos History Museum’s Lu’au fund-raiser on Aug. 19, 2012 and did an amazing job. Gracious, professional, colorful and fun-fun-fun!!! Highly recommended for any event. Kumu Rick Smith also has a great sense of humour(extra treat). Mahalo nui loa!
