Old Navy At Concord Mills

I went into this location to check out their clearance stuff, this is a huge location but it seems that there isn’t enough staff to keep up with the cleanliness and organization because this place was an absolute mess! There were disorganized piles of clothes everywhere, tossed clothes all mixed and match sizes. The entire store was a disaster, even the tiny refrigerator by checkout was a disaster: drinks were all falling off the shelf. I wanted to keep shopping but after rummaging through multiple piles I gave up. I brought this to the attention of the cashier and she just laughed and shrugged it off, most disorganized Old Navy ever.

This Old Navy location is huge — probably too big because the store is ALWAYS a huge mess. There is always tons of merchandise on the floor but it is always disorganized. It is never in size order or straightened. The few times that I have been in this store you never see an associate working the floor. No one is straightening the tables. If you need help finding a size or asking if they have more outback — good luck finding anyone.
My favorite part about this store is probably that because it is so large they do carry a good amount of stock. Also because it is in the «outlet mall» they seem to run better sales on all of their merchandise compared to other stores that I have been to in the area. Despite being an «outlet» store they carry all of the current styles that you find in any of the regular stores or online.

Finally finding some decent quality and well priced stuff after perusing several stores in Concord Mills. Cheap tshirts, inexpensive nightwear, even a cool hoodie that will be a great gift. Checkout line moved very quickly, especially when I said «no» to handing over my email address and zip code.

Very nice and helpful. If you are balling on a budget then this is the best store to visit.

It’s one of the best store in Concord Mills specially if you want to get latest fashion cloths on budget. If you have kids, you can get pretty good deals on their clothing here.
This store is gigantic and they have huge changing area where I think there are about thirty changing rooms. They service is usually great and if you ever have issue, ask for MOD and your issue is solved.
Every time I pass by this store in weekend, they are packed and they usually have huge check out lane even though they have six check out counter open. However, their weekdays are the opposite.
All in all, it’s a good store to shop on budget specially this one since they always have huge clearance.
