On Location Lubrication

I have never experienced outstanding service before when it comes to my car until now. They came straight to my parking spot and changed my oil in the rain in the parking lot. The biggest thing about it is the way they build a relationship and rapport with you. I really wasn’t sure what to expect but it was quick and straightforward. They have probably the best deal around when you buy your own oil (but you certainly don’t have to) if you follow them on Facebook they usually have coupons and specials which is what I used the first time. I am excited that this actually is a real thing. Tell me who else comes on site to change your oil? Also, tell me who else comes out and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Don’t worry I’ll wait.
Just the friendliness and willingness to help alone out weigh going anywhere else. I normally change my own oil and things but the ramps I had at the time would not fit under my car because the new car has a lower clearance. It was no problem for them they had the low profile ramps and immediately went to it. I could have went back inside and he offered to call me when he was done changing my oil but I was excited so I stayed outside and we talked throughout the interaction.
They actually drive up from Charlotte I found out each week to the Triad area. Not only are they very thorough but they even called and offered to drop off an official sticker when they came back to the area it was no worries because had ran out of the next service due stickers for the window but my oil filter had one in it so we used that.
I know exactly who I am calling if I get lazy and don’t feel like changing my own oil. These folks really go above and beyond and I’m not just saying that. Very passionate people!!!
