This team (Curt and Harrison) have been awful. Talk about a security system company who doesn’t care for their customers and/​or even potential customers home or safety. They are just any other company trying to make a buck.
Curt has come to our home and suggested outdoor cameras and other equipment to supplement our existing home security system. Harrison fires us back a proposal. We go directly to some of the manufacturers of the equipment they suggested and buy from them because they were significantly less expensive (and according to Curt that wouldn’t be a problem because their professional and clean install is what they stand by).
So after I buy the equipment they suggested, which is roughly 30% cheaper through the manufacturers, they no longer seem interested. I have tried contacting them many times through email and phone calls and they do not reply. I became desperate and just asked for a response to confirm they did not want the job and if they would be kind enough to refer any other companies like themselves.
No luck, no response, NOT PROFESSIONAL. Look elsewhere people!

There have been a few break-​ins in our area lately so we felt strongly about finally investing in a wireless home security system.
Curt is awesome! He came to our home for an initial consultation and to discuss options. We setup a follow-​up installation appointment and he showed up on time and took only about two hours to get the job done. He walked through everything with me, answered all of my questions and was on his way. If you want an honest, knowledgable and professional person to setup your home security system, Curt is your guy.
In terms of the service itself, the system is pretty straightforward and their customer service line is very responsive. We researched other services with the same technology and they were charging much more than PAC.
We’ll definitely be recommending PAC to people on the fence about getting a home security system. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the results.

We have ADT for a number of years. We have grown discouraged with our system as well as ADT’s supposed service. We recently switched to the 2Gig home alarm system.
In switching to this service, we needed a company to come to our home and install and set up the system. Curt Custock has gone above and beyond in providing exceptional service to us.
Curt is very prompt in answering our calls, returning our calls and coming out. He has been out to our home three times since we received our new system. When we have an issue, question or problem, you can count on Curt to be available to address them. He never attempts to put you off or have you call a «third party». Pac Integrations is definitely a one stop shop company.
Quality, integrity and extremely knowledgeable is only a few of the high points of working with Curt. His customer service skills is 100% impressive.
I would find it hard to believe you could find a better company out there with this level of service and friendly expertise!
