Perfect looks is great place to go. My experience at the store has been great. They have a trendy new store and the costumer service is good. They have all sorts of hair extensions and I found my perfect set of clips there. It is worth going to it.

I highly recommend Perfect Locks. The employees are very friendly, helpful and patient. Their wig units are exceptional! They’re long lasting, with very little shedding and they keep their shape and luster. I will definately purchase additional units from Perfect Locks in the very near future.

I love Perfect Locks Extensions and so do my clients. These locks are just amazing. I mostly do Tape in, I-​tips and Flat tip fusion extensions on my wonderful clients and I usually go for the best which is Perfect Locks.
I have been ordering hair extensions from Perfect Locks for about 3 years now and the staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable and very helpful. I have never had a late order and if you want a special order that takes about a month but it is well worth the wait. I will always order from Perfect locks as I consider this hair the best hair out of any other outfit.

This is absolutely some of the best hair I’ve purchased! I’ve made custom clip-​ons for a customer– Not to mention that she is in love with the texture and quality, I also purchased for my self a Relaxed straight Lace front wig, as well as 2 bundles of the Virgin curly. Needless to say I’m beyond pleased and customer service is always at %100, Maya and Katelyn are both very helpful!!!

Love, love, love! They have every type of hair extensions you can think of and its all Indian human hair. I recently purchased my first set of clip ons from here about 3 months ago and I still haven’t had a problem w/​them! No shedding or tangling, which I was scared of because I’ve had a bad experience with other companies in the past. I did a custom order for 30″ clip on set and they blend into my natural hair so well! I would defiantly recommend!

My first set of extensions were great! Absolutely loved them. I had them for over 2 years, I bleached and dyed without any issues. I cannot say the same thing for the second set that I purchased. They looked absolutely fine, great until I had them put in my hair. Then they started to look like locks, we’re totally tangled all the time and non-​brushable. Funny thing is i took them out and order from Aliexpress for $ 80 and I’m still wearing Aliexpress hair after 6 months. My only advice to you is buy at your own risk, you may get a good batch and you may get a bad batch. It’s sad cuz you should be able to get great quality hair spending almost $ 500.

Never disappoints. Been using this company for over 5 yrs. Hair last more than 3 used if you take care of it. Quality doesn’t fade after using dye. Fast shipping.

I recently visited perfect locks and I had an amazing experience. I can tell they use really high quality virgin hair from India. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for hair extensions. They will sit down with you and try on the different Extentions. Please do check it out, because they are super genuine.

I drive 45 minutes to come down to Perfect Locks and purchase their machine weft wavy virgin Indian hair in the 26 & 28 inch.
I tried at least 4 – 5 different vendors which have all been disappointing. So when I found perfect locks it was a dream come true.
The showroom is gorgeous the hair is amazing it always last me a year minimum. However, with better care I know it can last longer than that! I can’t express how much I am in love with my perfect locks this is the only hair I will purchase and will continue to purchase in the future!

I’ve just recently purchased hair from this company over $ 1000 I got a 4 bundles 3 bundles… We’re perfectly fine there was one that was extremely tangle I drove over a hour to there business to have them address the problem and shown them the hair was very tangle and matted together … As a customer I was willing to continue doing business with them. Because of there customer services the 1^st time but today was the worst services I’ve had in a while let me start by saying when I 1^st pulled up there’s signs saying the business was close. I placed a call to the number on the door and she told me they did not open till 10:00 I explain to her I’ve drove a hour to there location and the time that displays on Unilocal is 9:00am she then told me wait a little and she’s coming over after my waiting for she came over I explain to her I’ve purchased hair about month ago just got it installed in my hair of one of the bundles is extremely matted and tangle she then told me she can’t do anything about it. Because the owners were out of town. I told her she welcome to take a picture and send it to the owner so she can see the problem I’m have she went on the computer and send a message to see if this was ok the owner replied with NO… We can’t do anything for her at all she can purchase new hair we will give her the current promotion. But we not doing anything else. I explain to her this is extremely disappointing. I paid over 1000 with my 1^st purchase I’m am not saying all my hair was bad just a bundle. I would’ve been even happy with giving me half off of the one I just purchased. It’s sad companies don’t realize the only way they will survive is off of customer services … Today I wasn’t asking for a refund, I never once said I wouldn’t shop or buy hair from them again. I simply said hey out of the 4 bundles that I purchased the 1^st time 1 Bundle was bad… I drove all the way there to show them how it look I even told them take a picture comb threw the hair I just want this matter to get correct… No one care at all about the customer no one try to help me address this issues … I was told to take the hair out and send it back to them. I told them you have to be joking … Thanksgiving is Thursday’s I will not be doing that ., I purchased new hair again for regular price. This company did not do anything to help me all please never ever shop here the have the worst customer services and don’t know how to address issues .sad story because I was looking to forwarding all my hair customers to there company to buy hair … Not anymore … Please don’t purchased hair from this company … Stay far away!!! This place is amazing!!! The young woman was very helpful and patient. I purchased a volumeizer which is an easy alternative for clip ins. They had so much variety so I had plenty to choose from. The hair quality is high end! Super soft and silky! I will be purchasing my hair from them from now on!

. Maya contacted me and offered a «50% off my next order» coupon. I accepted that then started thinking that it just wasn’t right. I had an Olaplex treatment done and it did nothing which told me that the extensions were synthetic. I am very disappointed spending $ 300 on synthetic extensions when I was under the impression that it was real hair, getting an Olaplex treatment which cost me $ 25. I even forwarded pics of my matted extensions that takes 5+ times as long to get the knots out, when it takes two times going over my natural hair to get knots out. After getting a lecture on how coloring the extensions didn’t give me the «desired look» and apologies. Blah blah. The extensions looked great after coloring them, it was the texture that I was not happy with.
I really am disappointed and out of a lot of money. Lesson learned.
Haven’t heard from Maya after that. I would’ve appreciated at least 50% of what I spent on these extensions refunded to me instead of a 50% off coupon that I’m never going to use. Bad business

There are so many reasons why this establishment deserves 5 stars. Let’s talk about the customer service. Any questions you have, they take the time to answer and give you detailed info about the product. Never do you feel like they are just trying to make a sale. All associates are helpful and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Having worked in retail myself in the past, customer service and knowledgeable associates is a big deal to me. Customers always remember how they feel during their shopping experience and I always walk out of their showroom with a smile. The products are awesome and there are so many types to choose from. I have been using Perfect Locks for almost 3 years now and anticipate more years to come! I love the quality of the hair and how easy it is to style and install my favorite product, the Volumizer. Maintenance is a breeze and Perfect Locks provides a special wash and conditioner to keep the hair in optimal conditions. The life of the hair is insane!!! I use my Volumizer for bodybuilding competitions, photoshoots, and other events. I am always impressed with how long the hair lasts. Wash after wash and style after style, I am never disappointed and always tell my friends that it is worth every single penny. To me, I feel best when my hair looks good and Perfect Locks does that for me everytime! Thank you Perfect Locks for being so easy to love. You guys are the best!!!

This is the first hair company I’ve come across that believes in the quality of their product enough to back it with a return policy allowing you to take the product home and test it.
The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and give personal attention to the customer.

First I have to say that I love that they are close enough to drive and see their show room. Any and all hair listed as in stock on their web page is on site and available for clients to see, touch and feel.
I ordered one pack of I tip Indian wavy 1B micro fusion hair on the internet and chose the «in-​store pickup». There was a cute little gal, I think her name was Erica, she was a doll and knew exactly what my order was. In fact she was so helpful that she pulled out every pack of 18″ Indian wavy hair she had to make sure I was happy with my choice.
My plan with the I tip hair is as a filler in my crown area, because I have a lot of hair and feel like I’ve been sporting a mullet. I was on my way to my stylist when I popped in. The ladies in there are incredibly helpful and I will be back as a loyal customer.
