Absolute love this store!!! The manager Vivian is AMAZING! She was super friendly and helpful. She not only helped me picked out some pieces for my new home but also help me with a return without a receipt. All the associates are super friendly and sweet as well. Will definitely make more trips here.

A small place with so many treasures. There is no shortage of unique, seasonal finds.
The problem is I have never found any coupons, loyalty incentives or even purchase points. Pier 1 is cocky and resting on their laurels. I think this business model may eventually prove to not be the best strategy.
I guess the Pier 1 purchasers feel their design offerings are stronger than the loyalty to the dollar. The Objet d’ art is first rate, along with their lamps and indoor and outdoor wall pieces, but their furniture is knick knacky, insignificant and way overpriced!
They have no boxes or protective bags for any of the delicate items they sell. So basically hand over your money take this fragile bag of glass, and best of luck buddy!

This has been my ‘go-​to’ Pier 1 store since the JW Clay location closed in February. Gia (and the others) run this operation in the same top-​notch fashion as Lexy ran the one. Top-​notch marks for this place as well. It is also conveniently located across the street from Concord Mills Mall.
