Helpful ladies, Great selection of earrings. I wish there was one near where I live. My toddler is always losing the earring backing! I have had to replace earrings three times already because they are lost.

We just brought our God daughter(my best friends daughter) in today to get her ears pierced, she’s almost 7 months old. Tamika was nothing short of friendly, professional and patient. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and they had the earrings in stock which was amazing. When it came time to mark the babies ears she was very patient with our pickyness. At the very last minute I requested that they do a double piercing and I was half way expecting for Tamika to get irritated with my request, instead she asked Lindsay to glove up for a double and with no hesitation she did just that. These ladies are the epitome of wonderful customer service and we really really appreciate the patient, kind, and fast service we got. We were literally in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back to purchase babies second pair of earrings here. Thank you again!

I have been shopping here for YEARS, and I have never had any problems whatsoever! Their product is on point for quality and price. Would I get my(or my children’s) ears pierced there, absolutely NOT! These are not trained professionals, they are given a crash course, so you get what you pay for. Go to a trained professional and pay double, its worth it … As for wanting spectacular customer service, again go to a high end jewelry store if you want personalized attention and you will pay for that too! I was there today, and honestly I felt bad for the employees. There were only two, and the kiosk was surrounded. Most of the people were just blurting out questions, even though they were busy helping other customers. One father was particularly ridiculous asking for this, that, and the other(pirate earrings, earrings that say ‘I love bats’ etc.) and I almost told him to knock it off . The point is that’s what these employees have to deal with constantly, rude, ignorant, selfish, people who can’t wait their turn, or waste everybody’s time when they aren’t really serious buyers wanting to see everything, then just walking away without so much as a simple«thank you!» By the time it was my turn, that poor thing looked stressed to the max, but instead of being angry that she wasn’t overly friendly, I actually apologized to her for having to deal with idiots! Add to that the little cramped space they have to work in, half of which was taken up with boxes(must have received a shipment with no time to check it in and put it away) that they had to work around, and having to answer the phones. Every one of you giving this store a bad review needs to work there one day … or better yet take your business elsewhere!
