Pine Meadows Apartments

I am leaving in 1160 Meadow Lane concord ca.
There is no management on site. There is no maintenance on site. The main security gate is hardly worked and since more than a month is open we have remote but we don’t need it because the security gate is always open for any strangers.
Anybody can access this property on day and night no security for my children. Pool is locked most of the time. In addition to that Someone came to our apartment complex and throw eggs on all the apartment walls and doors not just one apartment and there is nobody who can help or clean this or atleast listen to us. No management on site always closed office without manager. Apartments are old and required alot of maintenance but there is no maintenance on site. The property cooperation recently Increase rents about 230 to 400 dollars .All they care is rent and increase in rent after every six month.
I called office I emailed everyone but no body is there to assist with maintenance, rent and security issue.
